Your Talent

  • Minimum qualification: a degree in fashion design, or a related discipline
  • Experience in retail or visual merchandising.
  • 2 - 3 years Visual Merchandising experience
  • Proficient in SAP; Excel; Word; Power Point; Outlook and Internet
  • Driver’s License essential
  • Willing to travel

Your Mission

The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for developing, delivering and communicating visual concepts and strategies to promote the brand, products and services in-store.

  • Conducting research on current and future trends in design and lifestyle
  • Liaising with internal Sales Managers and Retail Managers to discuss sales strategies
  • Identify and source props, fabrics, hardware and lighting
  • Maintain a budget and negotiate with suppliers for visual materials
  • Work with architectural features of stores to maximise the available space
  • Create visual merchandising packs to communicate visual guidelines
  • Visit branches to coach in-store Visual Merchandise or Sales Teams
  • Assemble or dismantle visual display on windows or in-store
  • Comparison Shops [comp-shop]
  • Motivate teams to complete displays to tight deadlines
  • Plan for and merchandise at store openings
  • Expert knowledge of the sporting, consumer goods industry, marketing and retail business

Your Talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textile or Fine Arts/Marketing or relevant fields.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Retailers as VM,
  • Verbal and written language skills in English,
  • Strong time management and organization skills,
  • Strong Powerpoint skills,
  • Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge is a plus,
  • Must be creative with an eye for detail,
  • Must be flexible in working hours (Night execution etc.)
  • Driver License / Being active driver is a must,
  • No travel restrictions.

Your Mission

  • Develop and implement seasonal VM guidelines, Planograms, VLP and strategies across own FPS retail stores.
  • Adapt and apply global visual merchandising directives to meet local market needs and store formats.
  • Collaborate with Merch, Marketing, and Sales teams to support product launches, campaign rollouts, and promotional periods with compelling in-store storytelling.
  • Lead the planning and execution of window displays, in-store signage, mannequins, fixture layouts, and POS materials.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure consistent execution of VM standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage VM calendar aligned with brand marketing and retail activation plans.
  • Research local markets, identify opportunities and develop/coordinate specialized visual direction that drive incremental sales and increase traffic.
  • Train and develop in-store staff on VM standards, zoning, fixture management, and product presentation techniques.
  • Liaise with store design and construction teams on new store openings, refurbishments, and fixture updates.
  • Analyze VM performance and its impact on sell-through and consumer engagement.
  • Work with external agencies, suppliers, and contractors for VM installation, and logistics when needed.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher 

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising preferably in fashion or sport industry 

  • Proven track record in Visual Merchandising & Window Display in prior companies. 

  • Good leadership and coaching skills 

  • PC-skills, MS-Office Knowledge, Strong in all design programs (intermediate level up) Outlook, Internet, SAP, BI, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D-Sketch up 

  • Fluent spoken and written in both English and Thai 

Your Mission

  • Manage and achieve or exceed for retail store target  

  • Support line manager, colleague in terms of Puma’s VM standard execution and support sale achievement and enhance customer shopping experience.  

  • Monitor all VM Tools & graphic expenses. 

  • Monitor on time VM Tools delivery to ensure store set up on time as target

  • Directly responsible for graphic design, Window display and all in-store set up on time and execute up to Puma’s VM standard guideline for both FPS & FOC & Wholesale Partners 

  • Cooperate with retail merchant & marketing team on monthly Resec ( Product Calendar), create and initiate display plan to promote key initiatives and communicate to all relate parties e.g. merchant, marketing training, store operation, partner stores, etc.  

  • Coach champion VM to store staff and ensuring in-store set up are up to standard all the time 

  • Participate in new store openings and/or store closings; travel may be required. 

  • Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required. 

  • Supervise all jobs and assignments of sub-ordinates to deliver as target  

  • Provide coaching to team member to ensure VM Skills are up to Puma Standard
