Your Talent

  • Professional with a Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising or related
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail companies, performing similar functions
  • English: Intermediate / advanced

  • Availability to work in multiples stores and travel within the country. (80% to 90% field work)

Your Mission

  • Prosecute and carry out, as appropriate, the visual communication of the brand at the Point Of Sale (Own Stores)
  • Layout and implementation of campaigns, loading and presentation of products, etc. with the aim of maintaining communicational consistency between what is implemented at the point of sale, the LSEC and the global/regional guidelines.
  • Carry out and supervise, in our own stores, the visual consistency between what is implemented at the point of sale with the visual standards established by the global/regional team, at the level of product display, showcases, graphic materials and the complete store layout.
  •  Establish and supervise the application of guidelines and training given to store personnel regarding visual merchandising and display of products in store, by season, concept, campaigns, promotions, etc

Your Talent

  • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5  years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably with a sports or relevant retail brand.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A proactive, 'forever faster' attitude, with an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Your Mission

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Manager - Visual Merchandising to join our team. This role is crucial in driving the visual representation of our brand within the wholesale channel, ensuring that our product displays are not only aesthetically pleasing but also effectively maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a visual merchandising strategy that aligns with our brand’s identity, target market, and sales objectives.

  • Create and oversee attractive visual displays in retail outlets, including window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays.

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including buyers, marketing executives, and retail merchandisers, to ensure a cohesive visual strategy.

  • Manage and coordinate major display installations, often during non-standard hours, to minimize disruption.

  • Lead and train visual merchandising teams, ensuring consistent execution of visual standards and guidelines.

  • Monitor visual merchandising trends and incorporate innovative practices to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

  • Work within budget constraints, ensuring cost-effective visual solutions.

  • Regularly travel to stores to ensure the highest quality of visual merchandising is maintained.

Your Talent

Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/fashion design or equivalent studied

Professional: 3+ years of experience in Retail/Trade marketing experience for an international multi categories’ brand; previous budget management responsibilities (Fashion or Sport Industry).

IT Skills: Familiar with print design; Good proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Ppt, Excel, and Microsoft Office

Language Skills: Bi-lingual/multi-lingual a must (Fluency in English & Bahasa is a must)

Your Mission

The Executive Visual Merchandising will be responsible for assisting in the execution of visual merchandising strategies across PUMA retail stores. This includes ensuring that store displays, product presentations, and store layouts are in line with the brand's global guidelines and local market needs. The role requires working closely with the store management and visual merchandising team to maintain a high standard of store presentation, ensuring products are showcased effectively to drive customer engagement and sales. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a passion for design, and is capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment to create visually appealing and engaging in-store experiences.

Task 1. Responsible for executing VM planning and execution including in store RESEC launch and visual display presentation, with effective store zoning to build appealing story telling.

Task 2. Creative use of graphics & props to enhance brand presence across all stores. Execute in-store branding such as window display, in store poster, POPs, etc. Provide graphic design support.

Task 3. Track and control VM budget & expenses. Plan and control stores merchandise display capacity.
