Your Talent
Education: Diploma or bachelor in Business Administration / related field
Professional: 1-2 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, or administrative roles
IT Skills: Excellent MS-office, CRM, or ERP
Language Skills: Bahasa & English
Your Mission
Executive, Sales Operation (Contract) will be supporting the objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within wholesale team in Indonesia.
Task Administrative
Provide administrative support (quotation, proposal, contract, etc) for the sales team as bridge with other departments (logistics, finance, etc).
Task Data Management
Process customer orders accurately and on time in internal systems. Maintain customer records, sales data, and CRM updates.
Task Billing Process
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer for smooth delivery and billing. Respond to sales team and customer inquiries on order and product availability
Task Reporting
Generate and distribute sales and operational reports. Generate and distribute sales and operational reports. Organize and provide sales documents for audits.
