Your Talent
Experience: More than 5 years in retail operations, with 2 - 3 years from similar position with a global brand.
Education: Bachelor degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or Equivalent.
IT Skiils: Microsoft Office
Language: Bahasa & English
Your Mission
Task 1: Performance & KPIs
- Achieve retail P&L and KPI targets by optimizing store productivity (e.g., conversion rate, UPT, ATV, sales per sqm).
- Drive comp sales through SMART targets and localized operating plans.
- Monitor business performance and competitive landscape; take corrective actions as needed.
- Manage store-related OPEX with focus on rent and personnel costs.
Task 2: Operational Excellence
- Implement global/regional operational tools and country-specific policies in compliance with international standards.
- Ensure smooth execution of store openings, closings, relocations, and inventory processes.
- Lead and develop retail teams to meet operational and service standards.
- Oversee inventory integrity, loss prevention, and visual merchandising execution.
- Support retail training programs and customer feedback initiatives to enhance service quality.
Task 3: Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with retail support functions and wholesale teams to address country-specific needs.
- Collaborate with merchandising, VM, training, marketing, logistics, finance, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless O2O customer experience.
Task 4: Process Improvement
- Drive operational best practices and strategic initiatives through cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
Task 5: Team Leadership
- Lead and coach retail operations teams to ensure effective business management.
- Identify training needs and support targeted development programs.
- Implement succession planning through talent identification, hiring, and retention strategies.
