We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our store, where you will play a key role in delivering PUMA’s high standards of customer experience. In this role, you will:
Deliver outstanding customer service in line with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, KPIs, and profitability targets through effective customer engagement.
Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions at checkout.
Keep the store clean, organized, and in full compliance with PUMA’s visual merchandising guidelines.
Handle the receipt, processing, and shipment of merchandise.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Contribute to a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays; overtime may be required.
