Your mission

The Developer will be responsible for the product commercialization of US Apparel ranges from design to style sign off for production. Coordinate with Product line managers, PGS Branch offices in Hong Kong, China, Bangladesh & Central America as well as PNA teams whenever required. The core objective will be to develop a product which is feasible in production, achieve target cost & suggest alternate solutions to design if required.  Role would be reporting to Lead Developer and serve as the Boston based gatekeeper team, ensuring on time and alignment of the end-to-end development timeline.

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of garment bill of materials, product database, style sign off based on R&D calendar

  • Work closely with domestic vendor by providing artwork, TP’s and approving strike offs and lab dips on shorter lead times.

  • Evaluate all 3D and physical prototypes & samples to ensure details and workmanship are correct, materials used fall within the required costing structure and all test parameters are met.

  • Participate in all product meetings/fit sessions. Identify key issues in pricing, construction and workmanship. Communicate issues/problem solving ideas on these issues to allow vendor to proceed to the next sample/bulk stage.

  • Daily communication between Design/Product Line Management/Sourcing offices

  • Partners with Design/Development team to research the market for innovative ideas to further grow and better the product line

  • Work on options as needed for efficient production techniques to improve cost & productivity.

Your talent

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Textiles or Apparel/Fashion Merchandising preferred.

  • 2-4 years’ experience in an apparel development based position

  • Knowledge of garment constructions, costing, fabric and manufactoring processes

  • Experience with Digital Knitwear Design Development (3D prototype software)

Your mission

  • Prototype development (BOM): Develop assigned styles/collections with Design, PLM and suppliers including pricing and prototyping

  • Release Tech Packs to Garment Suppliers to start the product development process. Ensure on time data administration in Puma’s Product Range Management system and related IT systems
  • Pricing: Responsible for cost review and negotiations with Garment Suppliers to achieve best possible FOB (Free on Board) prices/margins according to target FOBs provided by the respective Puma SE Business Unit. Activate cost benchmarking activities especially for high volume styles to achieve FOB competitiveness

Your talent

  • Diploma or Degree in Textile / Fashion / Clothing related discipline
  • Over 5 years’ relevant experience in garment/sportswear industry is a must
  • Woven and knitted garment with strong fabric knowledge and experience
  • Good understanding and knowledge of apparel components and product costing
  • Proficiency in Excel (vlookup and pivot table) is necessary and knowledge of 3D sampling, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is preferred

Your mission

  • Develop all components and assembled clubs in a timely matter, validate and approve all product from sample phase all the way to production release of finished golf club and club components.

Your mission

As a Senior Research & Sports Science Manager, you will execute the design, implementation, and analysis of biomechanical and physiological tests that provide direct performance insights into product. You will serve a vital role validating and optimizing our performance product. Your mission

  • Create 3D parametric models, using NX CAD software, of entire golf club, including surfaces, structures, details, design, branding, and components
  • Manage golf club projects: Oversee Product Objectives, Industrial Design, Product Management, Specs, Mass Properties, Product Engineering, Testing, and Manufacturing Engineering. 
  • Communicate with suppliers to develop and manufacture new products
  • Translate new golf club concept renderings into 3D CAD models utilizing advanced CAD techniques
  • Engineer club performance through mass properties, testing, and engineering iterations
  • 3D Print prototype club models for analysis
  • Coordinate with Development Team on pilot run and production runs
  • Initiate and strategize product testing and performance
  • Collaborate with Product Team on new golf club ideations
  • Pursue patent opportunities for new concepts, ideas, technologies, and products

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Design, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in golf club product design and engineering
  • Advanced 3D CAD modeling skills including free form surfacing, parametric sketches, solid tools, associative modeling, and part families
  • Working knowledge of Office software products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Project management experience: Ability to lead a project and project team. 
  • Vendor communication and manufacturing experience/knowledge
  • Solid understanding of golf, golf clubs, golf club physics, history, and the golf market
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Good communication and presentation skills required
  • Exceptional follow through, detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively schedule and work against business deadlines
  • Creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial
  • Results oriented with ability to oversee multiple projects and tasks

The hiring range base pay for this position is $67,700-$91,900 + Bonus + Benefits

Your mission

  • Own the end-to-end product development process, from initial design through confirmation, ensuring technical feasibility and performance
  • Act as the key technical partner to Design and Product Line Management, translating creative concepts into innovative, manufacturable solutions

Wir suchen ein Anproben/Fitting Model auf freiberuflicher Basis, das uns hilft, die Passform unserer Musterteile zu perfektionieren. Deine Aufgabe ist es, Kleidungsstücke anzuprobieren und so zum Feedback zur Passform und der Produktentwicklung beizutragen. Die Termine für die Anproben sind flexibel und werden im Voraus mit dir abgestimmt. Bitte beachte, dass es sich hierbei um keine Festanstellung handelt, sondern um eine freiberufliche Tätigkeit, für die ein Gewerbeschein erforderlich ist.

  • Mit dir als Anproben/Fitting Model können wir Musterteile testen, um die Passform zu prüfen
  • Ein Anproben/ Fitting Model darf man nicht mit einem Foto-/Laufstegmodel verwechseln. Du probierst im kleinen Rahmen unserer Fitting Meetings die Musterteile an und gibst uns ein erstes Feedback über die Passform. Die Fotos, die während dieser Meetings gemacht werden, werden ausschließlich für den internen Gebrauch genutzt
  • Alle Anproben/ Fittings finden bei uns im Headquarter in Herzogenaurach statt. Die Termine sind saisonal bedingt und zeitlich verschieden, werden aber selbstverständlich mit dir abgestimmt
