Your mission

Operations Excellence & Process Improvement

  • Support the implementation and optimization of retail operational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Monitor compliance and execution of operational standards across retail stores.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist in developing operational tools, templates, and controls to standardize store operations.
  • Support operational audits, store renovation, and follow up on corrective action plans.

Retail Support & Communication

  • Act as a key liaison between Head Office and retail stores to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Coordinate and manage operational requests from stores and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support the preparation, consolidation, and distribution of operational reports and business updates.
  • Ensure smooth document flow and operational communication between stores and internal departments.

Project Management

  • Support and coordinate retail operational projects, including new initiatives, system implementations, and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery (Retail, VM, Merchandising, Planning, Finance, IT, and Store Operations Teams).
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.

Training & Capability Development

  • Coordinate operational training programs and workshops for retail teams.
  • Support the development of training materials related to operational processes and procedures.
  • Ensure stores are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to execute operational standards effectively.

Reporting, Analysis & Planning

  • Prepare and analyze operational performance reports and KPIs across all stores.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve operational performance.
  • Monitor store performance trends and identify opportunities for operational improvements.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers to support retail operational needs.
  • Maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Support procurement and operational sourcing activities when required.

Your talent

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management, or related field.

Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in Retail Operations, Business Operations, Store Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination, process improvement, and operational support.
  • Experience working in a multi-store retail environment is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI capability (Dashboard development, data modeling, and build display).
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Your mission

  • Responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily store operations across national stores while maintaining operational standards, customer service excellence, and business performance. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to optimize store productivity, sales performance, and customer experience

  • Store Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of assigned retail stores. Ensure stores comply with company SOPs, operational policies, and brand standards. Monitor store opening and closing procedures. Coordinate maintenance and facility management to ensure smooth store operations. Conduct regular store visits and operational audits

  • Operational Performance Management: Identify operational gaps and propose improvement plans. Support execution of business strategies to maximize store productivity. Control operational expenses within the approved budget

  • Store Team Support: Coach and guide Store Supervisors and Store Leaders to improve team performance. Ensure employees comply with company policies, grooming standards, and customer service expectations. Assist in staff performance evaluation and development planning

  • Inventory & Merchandise Control: Ensure product displays and visual merchandising meet company standards. Support stock take and inventory reconciliation activities

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Finance, Merchandising, and Logistic teams. Support execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and new store openings. Coordinate operational support for company projects and retail initiatives

  • Reporting: Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to management. Track store compliance and follow up on corrective action plans. Perform and update operational actions in internal systems in accordance with company policies and procedures 

Your talent

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Retail Operations, Sports, Fashion Retail

  • Experience managing multiple stores is preferred. Strong retail operations and store management skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Leadership and team coaching abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration /Retail Management/Supply Chain/Marketing or related fields

  • Good command of English communication

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with POS systems, Power BI, or SAP is an advantage

Your mission

  • Systems & Technology: Lead the daily management, optimization, and troubleshooting of core retail systems including but not limited to, UKG Kronos Dimensions, SharePoint, and POS platforms to ensure seamless store operations. Drive continuous improvement by identifying system inefficiencies, implementing process enhancements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support updates and integrations. Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive training materials and tools, enabling consistent adoption, improved user proficiency, and alignment with operational best practices across all retail locations.
  • Field Communication: Continuously develop and maintain a standardized communication process between corporate and field organization. Manage all communications to ensure timely, efficient, and consistent flow of information. Ensure all shared information remains updated and relevant.
  • Retail Supplies: Strategically plan and manage retail supplies to achieve budget and meet store needs, inclusive of but not limited to operational supplies, shopping bags, replenishment of marketing, and store opening supplies.
  • Policies & Procedures: Manage all DTC Store Operations policies, procedures and controls to ensure necessary business practices are relevant to achieving business objectives, increasing efficiency, and ensuring legal compliance with local laws.
  • Calendar: Develop, strategically plan and maintain PNA DTC Store Operations Calendars to manage timely and accurate achievement of critical deliverables needed by cross-functional departments to the field.
  • Contests & Awards: Manage contests and awards for the DTC store field teams inclusive of reporting, prizing, budgets, and communication.
  • Support: Perform several broadly defined tasks to support the timely completion and communication of retail initiatives. projects ranging in scale that may impact systems/services for the DTC organization which include meetings, time keeping, gift cards, customer service, and other projects/systems that may arise.

Analyst DTC Store Inventory Control

Your mission

PUMA is seeking an Analyst Inventory Control who will be responsible for independently analyzing inventory discrepancies, monitoring merchandise flow, and ensuring compliance with inventory control standards. This role involves supporting retail store teams, compiling, and analyzing inventory data, reconciling monthly inventory results, and managing vendor invoice verification. 

  • Independently analyze all inventory discrepancies and report outcomes to appropriate management.
  • Monitor the flow of merchandise from warehouses, vendors, and inter-store transfers; make claims or adjustments, as necessary.
  • Evaluate compliance related to inventory control and store performance through monthly reporting.
  • Address compliance issues with stores/field managers to improve performance, including ASN receiving and reconciliation, cycle counting, and damage processing.
  • Support training and development of PUMA stores through various communication methods (conference calls, written communications, presentations).
  • Participate in store openings/closings and other corporate projects as required.
  • Provide on-site leadership support and training for store teams, including report analysis and real-time guidance during RFID physical inventories.
  • Compile and analyze physical inventory results; prepare regular shrink analysis to identify trends and facilitate awareness.
  • Verify vendor invoices for payment by analyzing receiving vs. shipped quantities; report discrepancies to obtain credits.
  • Compile reports, prepare analysis, and make business decisions in support of the Inventory Control Manager.
  • Manage the Inventory Control team email account for the designated region, ensuring timely responses to store requests.

Your talent

  • 2+ years of Retail or relevant experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills at the business level
  • Organizational, analytical and time management skills
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 20% to stores, appropriate meetings, and events.
  • Microsoft Office experience including Word, Power BI, Outlook, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Prism and RFID experience is a plus.
