Your Talent

  • First experience in allocations or Ecommerce (0-2 years).
  • Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starter, and be able to work independently.
  • Other skills required: time management, flexibility, strong written and verbal communication skills.

Your Mission

  • Responsible for PUMA.com and Retail daily order maintenance and allocation process
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and EDI to ensure all inbound orders process successfully
  • Run daily allocation processes and identify changes to order fulfillment rules
  • Maintain order cancellation report daily to efficiently communicate order changes to customer
  • Manage all order allocation, shipping, and warehouse SLA reporting/monitoring.
  • Assist with the end-to-end testing of new site features as needed.
  • Assist Customer Care team by reviewing and responding to corporate requests as needed.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a strategic problem solver with a strong background in eCommerce operations. You should be comfortable navigating complex digital ecosystems, driving efficiencies, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your Must-Haves

  • Three or more years of hands-on eCommerce experience (multi-channel retail is a bonus).
  • One to three years of experience with payment processing, risk management, and high-transaction platforms.
  • Project management skills – experience with system upgrades, integrations, and vendor management.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payments, logistics, and fulfilment to ensure smooth integration and operations.
  • Monitor fraud risk and payment analytics, implementing proactive measures to prevent revenue loss.
  • Develop reporting tools to track warehouse performance, demand planning, and inventory forecasting.
  • Oversee testing and implementation of eCommerce platform updates, ensuring cross-device functionality.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service teams to address consumer pain points and improve service.
