Your Talent
- First experience in allocations or Ecommerce (0-2 years).
- Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starter, and be able to work independently.
- Other skills required: time management, flexibility, strong written and verbal communication skills.
Your Mission
- Responsible for PUMA.com and Retail daily order maintenance and allocation process
- Coordinate with Customer Service and EDI to ensure all inbound orders process successfully
- Run daily allocation processes and identify changes to order fulfillment rules
- Maintain order cancellation report daily to efficiently communicate order changes to customer
- Manage all order allocation, shipping, and warehouse SLA reporting/monitoring.
- Assist with the end-to-end testing of new site features as needed.
- Assist Customer Care team by reviewing and responding to corporate requests as needed.
