Qualifications 

  • Associate’s degree required, with preference for event management, hospitality, or business administration fields. 

  • 1–3 years of experience in event planning or workplace programming, with a proven ability to bring creativity, innovation, and resourcefulness to initiatives.

Your Mission

The Workplace Experience Assistant (Concierge), is a key member of the Central Services team, responsible for enhancing employee engagement, wellness, and workplace vitality at PUMA’s North American Headquarters in Somerville, MA. This role creates and delivers high-impact workplace programs that reflect PUMA’s culture and business goals while serving as the welcoming face of PUMA. Acting as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests, the Concierge fosters an energetic, engaging, and supportive workplace environment. Reporting directly to the Director of Central Services, the Concierge role offers a unique opportunity to interact with all employees to shape the workplace culture and experiences, driving PUMA’s values and vision forward. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Warmly welcome all PUMA employees, business guests, and visitors, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. 

  • Serve as a connector across the headquarters, helping occupants navigate the building, understand resources, and engage in Workplace Experience programs. 

  • Manage all front desk operations, including visitor registration, guest check-in, and handling incoming calls. 

  • Support the Central Services team on projects and initiatives as needed. 

  • Oversee employee and visitor access card programs. 

  • Ensure all workplace experience–related tickets in the Central Services system are managed promptly, accurately, and with a focus on employee satisfaction. 

  • Create and distribute workplace communications, including newsletters, AppSpace announcements, and reminders through internal channels (e.g., Workplace Experience SharePoint). 

  • Partner in managing daily office operations, acting as a cultural ambassador, community advocate, and service leader to create a positive workplace atmosphere. 

  • Engage with employees through surveys, conversations, and regular touch points to gather feedback, build relationships, and identify opportunities to improve workplace experience programs. 

  • Support daily operations of the Barista Bar and Pantry program, ensuring offerings are well-managed, appealing, and contribute to a positive workplace experience. 

  • Lead the planning and execution of employee programs, social events, and gatherings that strengthen connection, and engagement across the organization. 

  • Responsible for the coordination of employee community service and engagement events to strengthen PUMA’s presence in Somerville  

  • Manage the company’s Fitness Program, supporting employee wellness and a healthy workplace culture. 

  • Partner with Human Resources on Employer Branding initiatives. 

  • Serve as a Safety Captain on the Emergency Response Team.

Your Mission

Strategic Planning Management (45%)

Play an instrumental role in facilitating the strategic planning process for PUMA North America:

  • Support the development of the strategic roadmap, offsites, planning calendar and regional communications
  • Support in the creation and execution of departmental and company-wide presentations and town halls
  • Support in the creation of content as needed for senior level meetings, workshops and 2 annual leadership strategic planning workshops
  • Support the cascading multi-annual Goal Setting (OSAM: objectives-strategies-actions-measure) process that support short/mid/long-term strategies cross-functionally
  • Actively drive special projects as assigned.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team as needed

Strategic Business Development (45%)

Take the strategies supported in the roadmap to drive the execution in new business development by acting as the connective tissue between Sales, Merchandising, and Brand Marketing to ensure unified commercial execution:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across product categories, channels, and consumer segments
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and sales data to inform future growth strategies
  • Support strategic initiatives including expansion into new accounts, geographic regions, product categories or consumer verticals
  • For such strategic initiatives, drive collaboration across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure cohesive deliverables across the seasonal GTM calendars to ensure alignment and storytelling excellence (MRM, PCR, Account Previews, Line Freeze, Sales Meeting, Final Sell-In, In-market activations and Product sell-thru)
  • Support brand and channel marketing teams to align strategic priorities, consumer targets, and campaign needs.  Help inform retail marketing plans and activations with account-specific and regional insights.
  • Track readiness and executional health of cross-functional deliverables across the seasonal planning cycle

Performance Analytics (10%)

  • Track business performance reporting and insights to help evaluate sell-in and sell-through trends
  • Develop account-specific and category-specific business plans with actionable recommendations
  • Monitor KPIs and track performance against seasonal goals and strategic targets against financial models

Your Mission

The Graphic Designer, Run Train apparel position will be responsible for meeting seasonal design objectives within the parameters of the PUMA International timeline. The candidate will design graphics by combining influences of sport, fashion and lifestyle to bring unique products to market. Duties include designing seasonal fashion/performance driven graphics and address fast paced design requests for graphic design detailing: color and technique selection, presentation preparation, market research, and logistical support.  

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Running-Training Graphic team to support and conceptualize new graphic design concepts that address the performance consumer, retailer, and company needs on a seasonal timeline. Tasks include:

  • Assist in curation and prep for seasonal graphics presentations.

  • Manage production files and artwork uploads to the Graphics data system.

  • Work with design team to create and maintain graphic specification sheets.

  • Prepare & participate in graphic design handovers with cross functional graphic team members.

  • Assist with Graphic CAD’s and cross seasonal CAD edits and revisions.

  • Assist with mocking up 3D renderings of graphic and silhouettes for reviews.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Design or related field.

  • Work closely with Team Head to create seasonal storytelling material pack by identifying relevant trends in materials, colors and finish to incorporate within our seasonal themes.

  • Responsible for coloring inline footwear on a seasonal basis. Providing color CADs and material maps for these projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Your Mission

  • Coordinate, schedule and manage complex, high-volume domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with executive preferences and business priorities.

  • 2+ years of continuous experience in federal and state tax consulting and compliance experience in public accounting or applicable industry experience

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Textiles, Engineering or apparel related field

  • 5--7 years in material development (footwear or apparel preferred).

  • Strong communicator with global collaboration experience.

Your Mission

We’re looking for a strategic and self-driven Senior Material Developer to lead material development across Running, Training, Golf, and Basketball categories within the USA BUs. This role is critical in delivering innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective materials that elevate performance for athletes and consumers.

You’ll work cross-functionally and globally to drive material strategy, ensure compliance with global standards, and represent the team in high-level forums. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and confident operating independently in senior leadership settings.

Reporting to the Director of Performance Materials, this role is part of the “Boston” team. You’ll collaborate closely with design, development, sourcing, and global material teams, with opportunities to mentor junior talent and influence team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field preferred (e.g., manufacturing, mechanical or chemical engineering, biomechanics)

  • 1+ years of experience in the footwear industry; background in running or training footwear is a plus

Your Mission

Join our dynamic Product Development Team within the Run/Train Footwear division as aJunior Product Developer. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Teamhead of Development and collaborate daily with Design, Product Management, Prototype Testing, and Far East Sourcing teams to bring innovative footwear to life.

As a Junior Product Developer, you’ll support the Inline Product Development Managers in driving the creation and execution of performance running, training, and casual footwear. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent time management, and a keen eye for detail.

 

  • Support Development Managers in maintaining Puma’s product management system and tracking development milestones

  • Oversee the product development lifecycle from initial concept through to mass production

  • Manage “Color Update” & “Material Update” global projects; assist with “New Upper” & “Totally New” designs

  • Coordinate Puma materials show twice per year with other Boston-based categories

  • Stay current with industry products & trends and conduct market research each season

  • Research new materials to ensure trend relevance and innovation

  • Assist with departmental logistics including shipping, storage, and prototype organization

  • Collaborate closely with the Fit and Wear Test team to ensure optimal product quality, fit, and performance

  • Build and maintain daily communication with our Asia-based teams; review quality standards, manufacturing processes, and lab test results

Your Mission

The Junior Analyst position is to work closely with other members on the team and help manage the product testing process by gathering and evaluating perception feedback from consumers (fit, comfort, quality, performance).

  • Maintain and update Product Database with all relevant information of articles being tested.

  • Manage organizational responsibilities - unpack, prepare and ship product samples for testing purposes.

  • Learn the various constructions, components and materials of the footwear types being tested.

  • Keep continuous communication and follow up with the testers for feedback during the wear testing period.

  • Work with team members and Footwear Developers to understand product functionality to assure the appropriate tester is assigned to each product.
