Your Mission

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop comprehensive quarterly marketing directives for PUMA owned outlet stores
  • Lead the development and execution of a robust calendar of deliverables focused on in-store promotions and events, mall marketing, paid media, Email, OOH, Social, affiliate and community initiatives
  • Serve as point person to troubleshoot needs arising out of the planned scope and deliver timely solutions to support uninterrupted store services
  • Provide direction and communications focused on briefing, cost negotiation and end-to-end project management to PUMA’s external partners
  • Create best-in-class communications to field associates and serve as primary point of contact for owned projects
  • Lead the planning and execution of in-store marketing programs including but not limited to in-store promotions and events, mall marketing, paid media, Email, OOH, Social, affiliate and community initiatives

Your Mission

This position will be responsible for creating and driving compelling and strategic stories and plans that align to key business initiatives for the PUMA business in North America. The Senior Marketing Manager Communications will help identify and deliver creative storytelling that connects consumers to our brand, purpose, products and athletes consistently. This position will work closely with both PUMA’s global and North American marketing teams to translate our global initiatives to the North American market to support the business and brand functions.

  • Responsible for developing and executing communications strategies for PUMA North America, owning efforts for regionally specific initiatives within the North America media landscape and key global initiatives that are led by the North America based team
  • Proactively pitch strategic media within consumer, lifestyle, culture, sneaker, fashion, emerging media, social media and business media, as well as cultivate new relationships across verticals
  • Responsible for creating, editing and developing PR materials and other media tools including messaging, press releases, executive briefs, talking points, media presentations, pitches, among other documents
  • Organize media interviews and event media attendance and coverage
  • Work with PUMA spokespeople to prepare briefing materials and organize media interviews as needed

Your Mission

The Graphic Designer 1, Run Train apparel position will be responsible for meeting seasonal design objectives within the parameters of the PUMA International timeline. Duties include designing seasonal fashion/performance driven graphics and address fast paced design requests for graphic design detailing: color and technique selection, presentation preparation, market research, and logistical support.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the product Graphic team to support and conceptualize new graphic design concepts that address the performance consumer, retailer, and company needs on a seasonal timeline. Tasks include:

  • Assist in curation and prep for seasonal graphics presentations.

  • Manage production files and artwork uploads to the Graphics data system.

  • Work with graphic team to create and maintain artwork specification sheets.

  • Prepare & participate in graphic design handovers with cross functional graphic team members.

  • Assist with Graphic CAD’s and cross seasonal CAD edits and revisions.

Your Mission

Responsible for the representation and sale of PUMA products with Shoe Palace, based upon brand priorities for the account while managing, developing, and building upon a sustainable and profitable business. 

  • Provide the highest level of service and product expertise each season from sell-in to sell-thru, driven by PUMA strategic goals

  • In conjunction with Channel Lead, will develop and implement 3 year strategic plan specific to account.

  • Coordinate and prepare product sell-in presentations for Men’s FTW and APP, Women’s FTW & APP and Kid’s FTW.  Strong, strategic negotiation & presentation skills to drive influence, command attention, story tell, convince, gain support and close.

  • Work in close partnership with the internal PUMA Cross-Functional Teams:  Customer Service, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Sales Operations, Accounting, Credit to provide the highest level of “customer happy” service and product expertise from sell-in to on-site setup to sell-thru, driven by PUMA strategic goals.

  • Continual sales, forecast analysis to manage product replenishment life cycles, inventory models and rates of sale, using retailer data, trends/insights, and internal reporting Proactive account management, by identifying opportunities to improve existing business and create new business.

  • Coordinate and prepare seasonal footwear& apparel product presentations to be presented to buying teams and senior management internal and externally

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Textile Design, or related field.

  • 2-4 years of professional footwear or fashion/accessory design experience, with a strong focus on color, materials and treatments. Product & Design abilities a plus.

  • Technical knowledge related to footwear materials, trims, treatments, and constructions that align with the product development process.

PUMA is seeking a passionate and creative Footwear Designer II with a strong focus on color, material, and storytelling to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will help shape the visual and emotional identity of our products by crafting compelling footwear packs aimed to inspire and connect with consumers. You will bring fresh ideas, hands-on material exploration, and strong design instincts to create collections that push boundaries and reflect the brand’s vision. This role will focus on delivering compelling, innovative CMF (Color, Material, Finish) concepts that resonate globally and drive cultural relevance in our regional marketplace. You’ll translate your passion for design and storytelling into impactful product experiences for the modern consumer.

  • Research global fashion, art, culture, and sneaker trends to stay ahead of market shifts and identify emerging influences.

  • Design and develop color and material concepts across multiple footwear lines with an emphasis on seasonal stories and cohesive pack narratives, aligning with brand strategy, resonating with target consumers and meeting cost and margin requirements.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners in Design, Product Line Management and Development to translate insights into bold, consumer-relevant footwear stories catering to regional needs, bring concepts to life from ideation to final product.

  • Lead the material selection process, exploring new and innovative materials, finishes, and constructions aimed to elevate product across a competitive landscape.

  • Build color and material palettes that are both trend-forward and rooted in brand identity.

  • Create and deliver mood boards, color CADs, material maps, and physical mock-ups to clearly communicate design vision when applicable, meeting tight deadlines.

  • Participate in material and trend research trips, trade shows, and inspiration travel to stay ahead of trends and innovations.

  • Build visually captivating presentations to communicate design narratives and material innovations to cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders and senior leadership.

Your Mission

We are looking for an energetic design leader to oversee PUMA’s International Training design team. This person will be responsible to creatively lead and manage the design team through the entire design process from concept to completion. This person will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a resume of experience that can lead a team of talented designers to create a successful product range that fulfills the ever-changing request of the training consumer. This person will manage a team of multiple designers and be an integral part of implementing the seasonal creative brand direction within the training product offering.

  • Managing and mentoring a team of designers.
