Your Talent

  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Design or related field.

  • 5+ year’s experience designing and developing innovative footwear and other products.

  • Technical and aesthetic understanding as well as knowledge and experience with performance-based products and trend relevant detailing.

  • Experience in international footwear product development and manufacturing processes.

  • Knowledge of form, color, materials, and human factors related to elevating the consumer experience.

Your Mission

The Senior Designer will design both on-court performance and culturally relevant footwear for the global Basketball business unit in our North American headquarters in Somerville, Massachusetts. As a Senior Designer, you will collaborate with PUMA athletes and partners to build innovative products that drive forward the future design direction of PUMA Hoops.

  • Create designs and technical specification packages that help lead the direction for PUMA’s Basketball footwear design.

  • Assist in the seasonal story, color, and material directions alongside an apparel and graphics creative team.

  • Work directly with PUMA Hoops athletes and outside partners to build collaborative product ranges.

Your Mission

Preferred location Chicago, Boston or Charlotte. Responsible for the representation and leadership of PUMA footwear and apparel products within department store accounts. Cultivation of strong relationships with internal and external teams. Drive a sustainable and profitable business based upon brand priorities and consumer trends.

  • Manage & direct selling of footwear PUMA brand for all genders.

  • Proactive account management: Continual sales analysis to manage product life cycles, inventory models, and rates of sale.  Identify opportunities to improve existing business, attack new business opportunities, and quickly address business challenges with well-thought-out solutions.

  • Work in close partnership with the internal PUMA Cross-Functional Teams:  Account Service, Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, Sales Operations, Accounting & Credit to provide the highest level of “customer happy” service and product expertise from sell-in to sell-thru, driven by PUMA strategic goals.

  • Coordinate, prepare and execute seasonal product sell-in presentations.  Strong, strategic negotiation & presentation skills; developing and using effective strategies to persuade and gain retailer support. Builds a strong case by linking PUMA product knowledge and know-how to customers’ interests, needs and goals.

  • Drive Best-In-Class experience with PUMA business and the retailer; partnering to maximize strong assortments for both brick and mortar as well as digital.

  • Formalize sales reporting and analysis of all retailer metrics, trends, insights-sales, inventory, gross margin, customer data, via vendor wholesale portals & reports. 

  • Knowledge and discipline to adhere to distribution guidelines. 

  • Build exceptionally strong relationships and communication with retail partners.

  • Monitor competitor’s activities and performance; implementing strategies and tactics to compete.

  • Item set up, maintenance, assist in processing retailer product sample requests/shipments.

Your Mission

The Director Digital and Performance Marketing is a results-driven leader obsessed with delivering digital communications that inform and excite current and future consumers.  Oversees PNA (US and Canada) digital disciplines across acquisition, retention, affiliate and social channels.  

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital and performance marketing strategy to drive acquisition, retention, affiliate and measurable revenue growth with a focus on consumer LTV
  • Oversee calendar and campaign planning, execution and optimization across all digital channels: email, app, social, programmatic display, and paid search
  • Ensure marketing strategies are aligned with PNA business objectives and established KPI’s
