Your mission

  • Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards,

Your mission

The Content Producer is responsible for managing the end-to-end production of integrated content across digital, video, and social platforms. This role partners with Creative, Project Management, and Marketing teams—as well as external vendors and agencies—to deliver content that reflects brand standards, meets business objectives, and engages audiences worldwide. The ideal candidate combines production expertise with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to bring creative concepts to life efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead mid-scale content productions from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and milestones are met across all production phases

  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to develop and execute creative solutions that balance quality, efficiency, and brand integrity

  • Manage production budgets and financial documentation, including cost tracking and reconciliation

  • Source, vet, and negotiate with vendors and production partners to ensure access to top talent and resources

  • Maintain clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders throughout the production process

  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, legal guidelines, and usage rights

Your mission

PUMA Hoops is powered by creativity, culture, and storytelling. As our Graphic Designer II for Basketball, you’ll shape the visual identity of PUMA Hoops — creating bold, relevant graphics that bridge sport and culture.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Apparel Design team and Footwear Design partners to build cohesive stories inspired by footwear concepts and the brand’s seasonal creative direction. Your mission

  • Own your territory to help drive sales and grow brand awareness at specialty and sporting goods

We’re looking for a strategic and self-driven Senior Material Developer to lead material development across Running, Training, Golf, and Basketball categories within the USA BUs. This role is critical in delivering innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective materials that elevate performance for athletes and consumers.

You’ll work cross-functionally and globally to drive material strategy, ensure compliance with global standards, and represent the team in high-level forums. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and confident operating independently in senior leadership settings.

Reporting to the Director of Performance Materials, this role is part of the “Boston” team. You’ll collaborate closely with design, development, sourcing, and global material teams, with opportunities to mentor junior talent and influence team culture.

Your mission

  • Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
  • Through effective customer service, individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets
  • Responsible for accurately processing sales transactions at checkout, securely and quickly
  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of the store as well as compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines according to PUMA standards
  • Responsible for the execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise
  • Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment
  • Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position

Your talent

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)
  • Strong team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Knowledge of computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs
  • Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly

The base pay for this position is $15.00-$16.50 + Benefits
