Your Talent

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)
  • Proven ability to exceed sales goals, demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues, ability to present information to large groups
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs
  • Ability to lift/carry, push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly

Your Mission

  • Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
  • Responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service.
  • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the recruitment, training, development and succession of high performing, results driven Employees.
  • Responsible for payroll control and service driven scheduling in order to maintain a highly profitable location while providing the highest levels of service to customers
  • Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and/or Assistant Store Manager
  • Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment
  • Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required in this position

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business and Administrative Sciences or equivalent with strong Social Media knowledge and experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a Social Media role at a creative agency or in house marketing department

  • Possess a good understanding of various social media platforms, their unique audiences, and content requirements.

  • Strong interest and understanding of the training and fitness category. 

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.

  • Proficient editing skills

  • Must be able to shoot and create content from iPhone.

  • Strong communications skills – ability to interface with internal teams and outside vendors

  • Travel determined on project needs

Your Mission

  • Coordinate the conception, creation, and production of culturally resonant social media content for brand/business target audience. 

  • Shoot video and stills for various social media platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.

  • Utilize knowledge of training/fitness social trends and best practices to collaborate with creative and strategy teams in delivering culturally relevant content that drives awareness and engagement.

  • Effectively communicate creative plans to internal stakeholders, ambassador partnerships, and clients.

  • Write & coordinate creator briefs, provide guidance, and collaborate with influencers, photographers, videographers, designers, and other content creators to enhance the creative process.

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends (specifically related to training/fitness), and industry best practices to ensure content remains relevant and optimized for maximum reach and engagement.

  • Maintain a distinct but consistent visual voice for each social channel's audience through content creation.

  • Collaborate and partner with internal teams, agency team and external partners inform creative strategies and achieve exceptional results. Proactively pitching on-trend concepts and ideas for execution based on product priorities. 

  • Support to develop and execute a content strategy for social media based on the list of deliverables from the social media managers.

  • Coordinate the creative process for content production with external stakeholders. 

  • Brief, capture or edit content him/herself for all social and select ad hoc requests. 

  • Work with a team of graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters. 

  • Ensure content aligns with the company's brand and social media goals.

  • Stay informed about content marketing trends and creative approaches, as it relates to the training/fitness landscape.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with a design concentration. 

  • 2-4 years of related experience. 

  • Advanced skill level in Illustrator and strong design sensibility.

Your Mission

  • Design apparel for the Boston-based Regional Creation Center, based upon directives from product management and merchandising, in order to meet the needs of the North American market. 

  • Collect market intelligence, providing all involved with accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments. Partner with Team Head of Apparel Design in creation of seasonal category creative direction, trend, and color presentation 

  • Participate in product range-related meetings, such as design, fabric and trims meetings, vendor meetings, factory meetings and fit sessions 

  • Team with Asia-based development offices and local developers in research of fabrications techniques and applications.   

  • Partner with graphic design team to establish seasonal concepts and graphic direction for each range. 

  • Conduct regular store visits to key accounts and competition to ensure thorough knowledge of the marketplace. 

  • Coordinate with garment developers and technical designers to assure fit and styling 

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of detail sheets, CADS, and tech packages based on design time and action calendar  

  • Build presentations and present designs to internal teams 

  • Collaborate with Footwear counterparts to create market-relevant stories and capsules 

  • Partner with Global Sportstyle apparel team and Creative Directors to ensure product reflects Puma’s design DNA

Your Mission

  • Driving the product creation of regional Sportstyle Apparel, including product for leading Key Accounts in US, and regional Collab partners.
