Your mission

  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns in the email channel with a primary focus on driving DTC and ecommerce revenue and improving conversion rates

Your mission

The Developer will be responsible for the product commercialization of US Apparel ranges from design to style sign off for production. Coordinate with Product line managers, PGS Branch offices in Hong Kong, China, Bangladesh & Central America as well as PNA teams whenever required. The core objective will be to develop a product which is feasible in production, achieve target cost & suggest alternate solutions to design if required.  Role would be reporting to Lead Developer and serve as the Boston based gatekeeper team, ensuring on time and alignment of the end-to-end development timeline.

  • Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of garment bill of materials, product database, style sign off based on R&D calendar

  • Work closely with domestic vendor by providing artwork, TP’s and approving strike offs and lab dips on shorter lead times.

  • Evaluate all 3D and physical prototypes & samples to ensure details and workmanship are correct, materials used fall within the required costing structure and all test parameters are met.

  • Participate in all product meetings/fit sessions. Identify key issues in pricing, construction and workmanship. Communicate issues/problem solving ideas on these issues to allow vendor to proceed to the next sample/bulk stage.

  • Daily communication between Design/Product Line Management/Sourcing offices

  • Partners with Design/Development team to research the market for innovative ideas to further grow and better the product line

  • Work on options as needed for efficient production techniques to improve cost & productivity.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Textiles or Apparel/Fashion Merchandising preferred.

Your mission

The Retail Finance Coordinator supports the financial operations of a large retail store network by managing day-to-day financial activities, vendor coordination, and store-level support. This role is responsible for financial processes related to store openings, relocations, and closures, serving as a primary point of contact for vendors and store teams. The coordinator ensures accurate financial reporting through invoice coding, journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis of sales, tender, and credit card activity. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Manage all financial activities related to retail store openings, relocations, and closures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications, including Brinks, Fiserv, TSYS, and other service providers
  • Provide daily financial and operational support for 100+ retail stores, addressing service issues, financial supply needs, credit card terminal problems, and general inquiries
  • Review, code, and troubleshoot vendor invoices to ensure accurate billing and timely payment
  • Analyze credit card spend, declined transactions, and disputes, and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare and upload journal entries at month-end and complete required monthly trade surveys
  • Produce the quarterly Aspire Higher report, including store rankings and performance analysis
  • Perform weekly RPRO vs. Atlas sales validation and partner with business stakeholders to resolve variances
  • Review the Employee Purchase report monthly and communicate findings to Senior Leadership
  • Deliver accurate, timely ad-hoc analysis to support evolving business needs and strategic initiatives

    PUMA is seeking a skilled Product Photography Studio Assistant to support our on-site photographer with keeping the studio operational. This role is ideal for a student or entry-level professional who is detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working hands‑on with product and studio setups.     • Manage the organization of physical product samples which includes unboxing, check in and hanging.

    • Asist the photographer by dressing mannequins and lacing sneakers. Mannequins can be bulky and heavy.

    • Utilizing these images, generate final on-model imagery with ground-breaking AI software. No prior experience in AI image generation needed.

    • Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient workflow.

    • Must follow confidentiality guidelines when working with unreleased products.
