Your mission
- Design, develop and support RPA solutions on the UIPath platform.
- Support the development of accurate process definition documents submitted by the business to ensure consistency of the documentation to the appropriate technical solution design
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, troubleshooting procedures and other relevant materials
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects and DBAs to create innovative technical designs and automation solutions
- Conduct SIT with IT teams and UAT with business user and support hypercare
- Work with project leads and release engineering team to estimate and plan development efforts and production releases in Dev Ops system
- Develop workarounds, temporary fixes, and permanent solutions to resolve system anomalies and bugs
- Adhere to development standards, time tracking and change management process
- Provide assistance to support teams and end-users troubleshooting issues with Bot executions in production environment.
Your talent
- College degree in Computer Science or a related field and 1+ years of experience as an RPA Developer
- Experience creating automations using UI Path Studio/StudioX
- Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, SFTP/HTTP, XML, APIs, and Message Queues
- Knowledge of systems, security and networking as it relates to and impacts the development environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues
- Direct experience with UIPath process automation platform.
- Familiarity with Microsoft low code / no code solutions a strong plus.
- Experience translating requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and short timelines while maintaining creativity, attention to detail, oral and written communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
The hiring range base pay for this position is $62,700-$83,380 + Bonus + Benefits
