Your talent

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and purchase order process

Your mission

  • Execution of the Purchase Plan
  • Monthly buy meetings
  • Ensure all Po’s meet the launch plan deadlines
  • All confirmed shipping info is updated on the PO information
  • Liaising with custom teams on component stock availability
  • Updating component availability file with the latest delivery dates
  • Progress any orders we cannot fulfil
  • Stock adjustments actioned weekly
  • Analysis of component ratios and trends
  • Updating the European Forecasts via the tracking tool
  • Daily tracking of order received and delivered
  • Monitoring the on-hold orders
  • Supporting the European customer service teams
  • Liaising with the build centre on custom queries
  • Shaft and Grip matrix updated yearly

Demand Planner (Fixed Term)

Your talent

  • English fluent (written and oral). Able to interact with others in a lively and demanding environment.
  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in statistics, demand forecasting/forecasting methods and financial understanding.
  • Previous relevant experience in a Demand planning environment or similar role. An understanding of supply chain operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge and confidence of Microsoft Office 365 and MS Teams, Advanced Excel – VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables & Power-Bi is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-motivating with an ability to work on own initiative and autonomy.
  • Commercially aware with an active interest in Sports and Fashion.

Your mission

Provide reliable and accurate demand forecasts that support the business needs, customer demand and optimise supply chain efficiency​.

  • Creation & Maintenance of Demand planning seasonal working files.
  • Generate and issue Demand plans to Supply planners for purchase placement.
  • Generate the Biannual (Seasonal) Supply Plan. Data collation, processing and preparation. Cross-functional communication with Sales, Merchandising and Business Operations.
  • Assist in completion of the Mid-season Forecast update, cross-functionally with Business Operations and Global Go to Market team.
  • Regular communication with Global Sourcing teams, Buy rate, capacity, and Demand anomalies.
  • Request and collate risk specific Sales feedback pertaining to the demand planning process including digital files and monthly update calls.
  • Align global order windows to Demand files & Sales documentation.
  • Track & analyze risk performance and proactively communicate cross-functionally.
  • Identify fulfilment opportunities from internal Free stock pools.
  • Continuous review of Seasonal Purchase rates vs Sales Forecast and Risk exposure. Reporting to Management as required.
  • Preparation and delivery of relevant reports pertaining to the Demand Planning process.
  • Review Order window accuracy collaborating with Supply Planning.
  • Establish a seasonal calendar for all Demand task deadlines.
  • Ensure requested risk is authorized within procedural limits.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Demand Planning Operations by offering solutions in streamlining processes and reporting infrastructure.
  • Key Project Support.

Your talent

  • University degree in logistics, management, finance, or any relevant background
  • 8 -10 years experience in relevant business area
  • Good logistics and finance knowledge with strong business sense
  • Strong experience in a multinational company – preferably in the logistics, supply chain or finance department
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Solution-oriented and open-minded team player with a high degree of self-management  
  • Good understanding of KPI’s and performance management
  • Fluent English is a must, German is a plus

Your mission

  • Be the performance management co-pilot for the VP logistics
  • Define and own all logistics related financial and operational KPI’s
  • Define, own and build the global logistics financial and operational KPI’s reporting
  • Support logistics financial planning process in close cooperation with the FP&A HQ
  • Review and analyze logistics cost budget
  • Analyze logistics KPI’s , provide insights and advise on risks and opportunities
  • Define, own and implement logistics cost accounting policy in close cooperation with the Accounting HQ
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly KPI review meetings
  • Work closely with local and global logistics and finance functions to understand the logistics financial and operational KPI’s
  • Support adhoc analysis related to the financial and operational logistics KPI’s
  • Support business case creation, ensure business cases are in line with financial planning and follow up on investments
  • Checking and ensuring the quality of the accounting material at high level.
