Your talent

  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong project mindset. Experience in SAP implementations as a plus (preferred S/4Hana)
  • Expertise in management changes methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Your mission

The Project Manager/Change Manager acts as central point of contact for local and global teams. This duo role ensures both the technical delivery of the project and the adoption of new processes and systems by stakeholders.

Project Timeline & Execution

  • Responsible for overall project timeline and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure and proactively drive alignment within the overall project / roadmap.

Communication & Engagement

  • Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Execute communication plans and measures to inform and engage stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure clarity and buy-in.

Project Coordination

  • Responsible for overall project alignment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities & teams including IT, business units, external consultants, and vendors.
  • Align dependencies & resource requirements with other workstreams
  • Facilitate meetings and document outcomes/decisions

Change Management/Enablement

  • Act as change champion of the local organization
  • Coordinate and support documentation of change stories
  • Drive change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate training plans and post-implementation support for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations across business units
