- Previous relevant experience in a supply/planning and purchasing environment
- Previous experiencing in the Golf industry
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel – Vlookups, Pivot Tables)
Your mission
- Execution of the Purchase Plan
- Monthly buy meetings
- Ensure all Po’s meet the launch plan deadlines
- All confirmed shipping info is updated on the PO information
- Liaising with custom teams on component stock availability
- Updating component availability file with the latest delivery dates
- Progress any orders we cannot fulfil
- Stock adjustments actioned weekly
- Analysis of component ratios and trends
- Updating the European Forecasts via the tracking tool
- Daily tracking of order received and delivered
- Monitoring the on-hold orders
- Supporting the European customer service teams
- Liaising with the build centre on custom queries
- Shaft and Grip matrix updated yearly
