Your Talent
- Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and controlling, preferably within a global organization in the consumer goods industry
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performance teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in financial planning and reporting systems, with a strong understanding of IFRS
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment and adapt to changing business needs
Your Mission
- Lead all aspects of financial forecasting, budgeting, long term planning, and performance management for the PUMA Group
- Serve as key advisor to the executive leadership team, ensuring financial strategies align with PUMA’s objectives
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights to drive decision making across the organization
- Lead the global FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
- Collaborate closely with the executive team to drive the financial strategy and ensure alignment with the company’s growth initiatives
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making for short-term and long-term goals
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance, optimize profitability, and enhance operational efficiency
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports for the executive leadership
- Implement and enhance financial systems and tools to support data-driven decision-making
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of empowerment, trust, and collaboration
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and other departments to provide financial guidance on key initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and analytics, including leveraging automation where possible
