Your Talent
- Bachelor degree or above
- Good command of computer skills (e.g.: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Sports, lifestyle or fashion industry, Marketing/PR related background is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
Your Mission
Integrated Marketing Plan and Campaign Content Creation & Communication.: To assist marketing director to develop and lead the 6-to-12-month view of strategic development and implementation of China seasonal launch strategies across lifestyle and entertainment marketing. Develop campaign strategies and manage the creative development of seasonal brand and product campaigns based on the annual brand marketing objectives, ensuring the creative work is on-brand. Lead the development of campaign creative and integrated marketing plans for seasonal campaigns. Drive the briefing process to IMC or creative agency for creation of assets. Directs day-to-day creative development and update with agencies. Manage and partner with cross-function team to build seasonal marketing calendars of product, retail, and brand moments. Budget allocation planning, management, tracking and evaluation.
Campaign Planning and Event Execution.: Ownership of P&C marketing campaigns to serve the brand building purpose as well as commercial win, with clear priority on what’s the key brand and product drivers. Drive the process from event briefing to execution in each campaign.
Entertainment marketing & PR communication. : Lead to drive communication plan development, including PR, entertainment strategy, celebrity/KOL management to engage the talents/media titles to amplify the brand’s image in proper occasions and approach. Maintain and handle the relationship of brand ambassador/celebrity/KOL and co-op partners.
Communication, Teamwork, and Reports.: Build up good working relationship with internal teams – (internal MKT functional team, Merch team, Sales team, BE Team, etc.), make the plan / information/ assets fully received by them, by joining or initiate qualitive meetings, emails, or face to face talk. Manage the reports to global team and local leadership team, with campaign recap, images, learning and findings.
