Your Talent
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical, Environmental discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years working experience in development and implementation of industrial chemical engineering processes
- Minimum 5 years Experience in leading and managing cross functional projects
- Minimum 5 years Experience in multinational companies
- Good at MS Applications
- English is necessary, Chinese is highly preferred
Your Mission
- Continuous improvement manufacturing process to gain on Quality, Efficiency, sustainability and functional
- R&D and Feasibility Study on chemical systems and process applications
- Drive and implement chemical projects
- Trouble shooting solution for Adhesion and Bottom - component molding.
- Management of bottom component suppliers, capacity management, tooling efficiency calculation.
- Periodical control consistency and quality of finished components at T2 bottoms suppliers
