What We’re Looking For:
Proven Leadership – 2–4 years of management experience in a customer-focused retail environment, ideally in apparel or footwear.
Sales Expertise – A history of exceeding sales targets while managing payroll and expenses.
Team Builder – A natural leader who can identify, train, and retain top talent.
Strong Communicator – The ability to motivate your team and create outstanding customer experiences.
Operational Excellence – Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using MS Office and other essential retail tools.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the Way – Spend 85% of your time on the sales floor, coaching your team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Drive Success – Manage operations strategically to exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
Inspire Growth – Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that embodies PUMA’s bold and innovative values.
