Your Talent

You’re a retail leader with 2-4 years of management experience in a customer-focused, results-driven environment, preferably in apparel or footwear. You have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, managing payroll effectively, and developing top talent. Your skills include:

  • Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyze customer trends, buying patterns, and competitive information to drive business decisions.

As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our retail operation, helping drive sales, foster a winning culture, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your role will be hands-on, engaging with customers, leading your team, and ensuring our store meets its ambitious targets. Here’s a snapshot of your exciting responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Spend 90% of your time on the sales floor, inspiring your team, connecting with customers, and driving sales.
  • Drive Success: Partner with the Store Manager to strategically achieve or surpass sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
  • Empower Your Team: Assist in recruiting, training, and developing top-notch associates and supervisors.
  • Execute Excellence: Ensure our store’s customer experience aligns with PUMA’s brand values and high service standards.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee payroll control, service-driven scheduling, and inventory management to maintain a profitable and efficient store.
  • Enhance Store Presentation: Maintain and elevate visual standards and store condition to exceed PUMA’s expectations.
  • Champion Compliance: Ensure adherence to Loss Prevention, operational guidelines, and safety standards.
