Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • At least 2 - 4  years of marketing experience, preferably in the fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle industries
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies for product initiatives, especially fashion-led categories
  • Experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including PR, social media, and paid advertising
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Understanding of the fashion and sportswear market, including trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Experience working with global teams and understanding regional market differences.

Your Mission

  • Support the BU Sportstyle Marketing team in building and communicating marketing plans and Sell In materials on SELECT categories
  • Take responsibility for setting the positioning, consumer target, and support the marketing strategy for selected BU product initiatives with a focus on SELECT, especially fashion-led collaborations and inline categories
  • Manage campaign projects, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and aligned across channels in developing all related materials
  • Align and collaborate with channel leads and communication teams, including PR, Social, and Paid, in creating integrated marketing rollout plans for BU initiatives
  • Support in creating marketing sell-in materials, including marketing and product activation plans for global marketing meetings
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seeding and early access list product orders are placed with Regional Marketing Teams, Marketing channels, and the product teams/factories
  • Collaborate with Global Merchandising to track sell-in feedback, including forecasts and POs, and communicate to Marketing teams for sell-through planning.
