Your Talent

  • Education: Bachelor degree or above
  • Professional: About 10 - 12 years of experience in product merchandising for Sport apparel, Strategic and business-oriented mind set, Preferred in product creation, Preferred in down jacket management experience in sport brands
  • IT Skills: Excel: Highly advanced / PowerPoint: Advanced
  • Language Skills: Business English
  • Verbal presentation & communication: Outstanding level
  • Attitude: Team player, Proactive, Pragmatic, Positive, Open and “hands-on”

Your Mission

  • Category range management: Build the best seasonal range for all relevant channels (DTC, franchise mono, SIS, wholesales), and maximizing numerical KPIs such as net sales and gross margin through strategic scenario
  • Deliver GTM package: Responsible for presenting category business plan as well as product  portfolio management for key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Channels…etc.), in order to achieve business target, and collaborative work with all counter parts for solid GTM package
  • Local creation & Global input: Fully understand local market trend and global strategy. Find the best solution from all available options to win the game. Proactively fill the business gap in global options through local creation
  • Process management & Cross functional communication: Collaborate with line manager to enhance overall process. Execute detailed milestone through close communication with internal & external counter parts for relevant business cases
  • Operational excellence: Accurate forecasting by business unit & concept, and on-time delivery for any necessary task. Efficient priority management for multi-season management
