Your Talent
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing digital solutions projects, preferably in a global organization.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Your Mission
- Lead and manage projects for non-core digital solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Cooperation with the technical departments and coordination of external service providers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement digital solutions.
- Developing and elaborating solution approaches and concepts considering the existing infrastructure
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for non-core digital solutions, aligning with the company's overall digital strategy.
- Ensure sustainable knowledge sourcing and governance around digital solutions.
- Drive change management processes and communicate across all relevant stakeholder groups.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the digital solutions team.
