Your Talent
- University degree in Finance/Accounting
- 1-5 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting position
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- International accounting standards knowledge
- SAP and Hyperion knowledge preferable
- Ability to think analytically and solve problems
- Fluent in German and very good English skills
- Strong communication skills
- High commitment and cost awareness
- Ability to work in teams
Your Mission
- Be responsible for the regular controlling activities according to the financial calendar in alignment with the global HQ and international counterparts within the EEMEA region.
- Manage established system and processes to collect, structure and analyze financial data, e.g. variance analysis, product profitability, gross margin analysis, daily and weekly P&L reporting, KPI (financial, non-financial and efficiencies).
- Highlight problem areas and recommend corrective actions and areas for improvement.
- Take active part in the planning and budgeting process.
- Manage risk management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive the development of our existing BI Management Cockpit.
- Support the regional departments as business partner for practical usage of BI and implementation of business relevant KPIs.
- Lead the future design of the Austrian BI Management Cockpit.
