Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in commercial marketing, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
  • Proven track record in supporting retail and wholesale marketing efforts.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent content creation and production skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data analysis.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Your Mission

DTC and Wholesale Support:

  • Develop and implement GTM strategies to support DTC and wholesale key accounts objectives.
  • Collaborate with DTC and wholesale teams to help drive traffic, reach and sell-through and enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Serve as the key person for alignment between visual merchandising (VM), wholesale, retail, and brand marketing teams to ensure optimal execution of point-of-sale strategies.

Mall Management:

  • Develop mall-based marketing initiatives and events to increase brand visibility and foot traffic.
  • Ensure optimal brand representation in all mall-related activities and collaborations.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow PUMA’s social media presence for wholesale partners.
  • Develop and curate engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Content Production:

  • Produce high-quality, compelling content for various commercial purposes, including digital, print, and in-store materials.
  • Work closely with the brand marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative content strategies to keep PUMA’s marketing efforts fresh and effective.

Always On Programme:

  • Lead the "Always On" program for retail flagship stores, ensuring continuous and engaging brand presence.
  • Plan ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
  • Collaborate with store managers and staff to develop in-store promotions and events.
