Your Talent
- 2+ years of work experience in purchasing or procurement or supply chain management or logistics
- Profound understanding of purchasing/supply chain process and critical milestones
- Strong knowledge in Excel is a must, knowledge in ERP systems (e.g SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365/AX, Orcale) is an advantage
- Excellent time management skills and high flexibility in prioritize tasks
- Strong self-organization and problem-solving skills
- Proven administrative ability and numerical diligence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with matrix organization
- Collaborative work ethnics and respectful way of communication
- Business language is English in a very international and multi-cultural team, German is an advantage
- Preferably university degree in related areas
Your Mission
- Assisting of the purchase order process for Ecommerce and Fullprice Stores by overseeing the entire purchase order creating process and updating purchase orders milestones in SAP
- Assisting of the delivery tracking process. Creating and monitoring the shipment of goods from various production sites to arrival at the distribution center. Updating changes of purchase order information (confirmed shipment date, shipping status, estimated time of arrival of goods, cost price). Proactive communication to relevant teams
- Assisting in management of delivery periodization process from port of arrival to distribution center
- Coordination of inbound process to the distribution center in close collaboration with Logistic team
- Supporting weekly meeting with the Buying team and Planning team to share information the delivery status, delivery performance, and provide recommendations to ensure product launches are on time.
- Supporting the invoice approval process and checking placed volumes versus received goods
- Liaising with the Buying and Planning teams with updates on order placed and on order quantities
- Any other purchasing task can be assigned
