Partner for Success – Collaborate with the Store Roster and Area Manager to drive the store’s sales, operations, and team performance.
Lead by Example – Spend 85% of your time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, coaching your team, and driving results.
Inspire Growth – Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team that embodies PUMA’s brand values.
Deliver Excellence – Ensure each customer interaction aligns with PUMA’s world-class service standards.
Optimize Operations – Help manage inventory, loss prevention, and compliance to keep the store running smoothly and profitably.
Champion the Brand – Support the execution of marketing initiatives and uphold PUMA’s distinctive visual identity.
