Your Talent
- University degree, or similar higher education in business administration, finance, product management, marketing or law
- Work experience in a relevant function such as licensing, marketing, product or category management and/or business development
- Team player with good presentation and networking skills
- Analytical mindset with good planning and organizational skills as well as an eye for detail
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- English language skills required, further languages a plus
- Open minded, flexible, proactive and capable of working in a multi-cultural environment
- Adaptable, good at setting priorities and with an attitude of creative problem solving
- Interest and knowledge in Sports, ideally Motorsports
- This opportunity will be available in full time or part time.
Your Mission
- Manage effective business relationships between the assigned Motorsport partner(s) and the relevant internal stakeholders
- Coordination of the internal working groups for the assigned Motorsport partner(s) consisting of assigned members of the different functions like Product Management, Design, Marketing, Sports Marketing, Sales, PUMA retail as well as affiliated companies
- Provide information about relevant contractual aspects and ensure fulfilment of obligations as well as maximization of rights
- Inform about the partners’ brand, product, price and distribution policy as well as corporate identity guidelines
- Support the implementation of the commercial strategies for assigned Motorsport partner(s)
- Steer the go-to-market process for licensed products with the assigned PUMA Motorsport partner(s) and ensure a smooth approval process
- Brief and ensure ongoing compliance with system input to ensure data is adequate to analyze and report contractually required output
- Based on ongoing analysis of the licensed business, support with initiatives to drive and improve business performance
- Align strategic product and marketing initiatives in respect to the assigned PUMA Motorsport partner(s)
- Be responsible for specific Licensing business processes and actively support & guide team members and colleagues with regards to such
- Support the Director of Licensed Business Motorsport to ensure contractual obligations are adhered to by all internal divisions, subsidiaries as well as affiliates.
