Your Talent
Education: University degree
Professional: 3-5 years experience in related field
IT Skills: High level knowledge of MS Excel, Experience in SAP system preferred
Language Skills: Business English fluency preferred
Your Mission
- Warehouse operation and 3PL management / Delivery management to meet inventory level / To Ensure product delivery schedule meet launching date thru order management / Develop more efficient work process
- Monitor warehouse operation process and find the most cost efficiency way, 3PL management to meet the company’s business target and requirement, Stock taking and SAP adjustment the result
- In & Out-bound management: Daily MVT checking between SAP vs WMS, GR/ IR Balance checking and clear, Local inbound management, Outbound management (consignment & wholesale)
- Inventory: Report B-grade, CS Status, Shop close & Hand-over manage, Issuing Invoice & Stock adjustment in SAP, Customer complaints handling, Tag management (SC Label, hangtag, pricing tag, etc.)
- Export management (Old stock liquidation, inter-company transfer, quality issue): Set up export warehouse pick & pack schedule, Set up export container loading schedule
- Logistics related- report: WH project support, Logistics sustainability report follow up, Report Ending stock by monthly
