Your Talent

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business
  • Professional: Minimum 4-6 years of Planning and Allocation experience, ideally 2-3 years in a similar position. Experience from the apparel or footwear industry would be an advantage
  • IT Skills: High level of Excel Knowledge and SAP experience
  • Language Skills: Preferably English written and spoken at Business level
  • Functional Competencies: Problem solving, Results-oriented, Organized and structured, Quick learner, Positive attitude, Team player
  • Functional Skills: High level of numerical and analytical

Your Mission

  • Retail Distribution (50%): Store replenishment and inventory management incl. eCom by each store at right product launching schedule based on store capacity & store zoning plan / Review the inventory status and rebalance between channels or stores on a regular basis based on sales trend reviewing and analysis / Monitor stock returns, to have them executed in time, and in the most efficient way for the teams involved / Build distribution and rebalancing rules
  • DTC Business Analysis & Reporting (30%): Drive weekly reporting and analysis and present these during weekly trading meetings. Drive the discussion on actions needed based on trading / Review sales and inventory status of all Puma retail stores and provide proper data with retail sales team to make trading decisions such as MD, price changes, re-buy needs, stock transfers etc. / Proactively shares analytics reporting with merchandising and sales team to deepen the understanding of the business and its improvement
  • Supply & Demand planning (20%): Provide size curve by RBU level of DTC buying team in pre-season / Support sell-in estimation by channel by door based on sell-out analysis / Prepare distribution plans for upcoming seasons against actual situation and create final store plans and stock flow
