Your Talent

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Professional:7~10 yrs VM experience
  • IT Skills: MS Office skills, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Business English
  • Other: self motivated ; team player ; planning/organizing
  • Functional Competencies: Creativity, Open communication
  • Functional Skills: Strong experience in retail, insight-driven

Your Mission

  • Guidelines & Visit: Manage VM presentation through successful VM program, formulating effective and adequate guidelines, visits and reports to continuously elevate skill set
  • Store Experience: Be responsible of initiatives on VM, display maintenance and new store opening to ensure an impactful VM execution
  • Responsible for executing VM planning and execution within Key Campaigns including effective store zoning to build appealing storytelling
  • Cross functional communication and alignment among departments for seasonal campaigns including new, old, carry-over product management. (SKU capacity management)
  • Third party vendor management to check implementation for campaign execution. Regularly establish, train, and supervise meeting for quality control within all channels. (O&O, FSS, SIS, FOC)
  • Track and control VM budget
