Your Talent
- Education: Trading preferred
- Professional: 7-9 years experience at the multinational company trading department
- IT Skills: MS office, SAP
- Language Skills: Business English
- Functional Competencies: Knowledge of trading
- Functional Skills: Proficient English communication skills
Your Mission
- Manage of inbound process and customs clearance
- Manage the inbound schedule and set up priority based on the result of communicate with DP team
- Check the Shipping schedule with forwarder and notice to DP team
- Give notice to CJ-GLS(3PL) inbound detail information and transfer it systemically / Check the inbound result in SAP system and report to manger if any issue happen
- Execute customs clearance and manage the C/O to get the Tariff advantage accordingly
- Monitor and check new and the change of the law and regulation continuously to apply it to PKL actual practice properly
- Logistics cost file maintain and Report to manager every end of month
- Establish Monthly Inbound report and share it with controlling
- GIT (Goods in transit) Invoice verification every end of month share the report with controlling / Logistics Monthly closing report information update
- Check PO and posting related Invoice positing on SAP / Duty posting on SAP
