Your Talent
Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required:
- Should have worked in a similar role in a brand
- Should have a minimum 6 years experience in a similar role
- Should be at least from NIFT/ or similar apparel institutes
- Should have extensive knowledge of fabrics
- Should be able to work under pressure
Your Mission
Key Objectives:
- Conceptualize and develop new Apparel products that are required based on the customer needs. Define product specifications, create prototypes and oversee the product development process from ideation to closure of preproduction activities.
- Meet cost targets expectation of the customer.
- Timely development process closure with brand standards met.
- Interact with the vendors on a day to day basis
- Develop new Fabric qualities along with the fabric manager
- Develop new trims
- Maintain a record on the system for all the activities
- Work closely with both the RCC team & the BU team along with the production team
- Ensure that the PP samples are done on time
- Maintain timeline
