- High Diploma or Degree in Textile / Fashion / Clothing related discipline
- Product knowledge in fabric materials
- 3 – 5 years or above experience in merchandising
- Good at MS Office

Your Mission
- Responsible for all-over-print fabric development and sample yardage management. This will involve working closely with business stakeholders on seasonal fabric selection activities and overcome any quality related cases prior to receipt of bulk orders. This role will also have to support Material Team to update status regarding product changes, price and lead-time in Material Database system
- Responsible for all-over-print fabric development including: Communicating with Graphic Designers in overseas offices and mills. Conducting artwork design feasibility check (Technical, Cost, Manufacturing)
- Setup and maintain seasonal AOP tracking file. AOP strike off sense check (Artwork, Layout, Color, Technical, Cost, Manufacturing) and consolidate/communicate findings (on a standardized form)
- Receiving aesthetical comments from Graphic Design and communicate them to mills. Follow up all-over-print pricing / roller cost and leadtime with mills. Approval on final development AOP strike-offs (activate roller with mill)
- Bulk roller approval - Artwork (compare to Approved final Development AOP strike-off). Sample Yardage management: Responsible for monitoring sample yardage delivery and manage execution or any delays for prototype as well as sales sample production. Responsible for co-ordinating substitute fabric options for proto or sales sample production. Support seasonal fabric booking activities by liaising with relevant business stakeholders
- Responsible for communicate fabric changes as requested by BU (for Late Add/ Late Changes to material selection). Support seasonal fabric selection activities to ensure that we are in line with carryover and newness quotas
- Support on liaise with Development Team, Material Team, Colorist to overcome any quality related cases prior to receipt of bulk orders. Support Material Team to update status regarding product changes, price and lead-time in Material Database system. Support for critical fabrication failure on cross-staining fastness/ migration, review 360 garment wash test/ oven test result with R & D for decision before OPD date
- Support consolidation on color fastness failure against GB test requirement and inform to Puma China through Production team. Support the finalization of fabric price, lead-time and capacity with suppliers. Responsible for dual fabric sourcing development. Responsible for AOP Subsequent Bulk Color Approval. Support color self-approval for carryover fabrics in solid lab dip, 1st bulk. Support mill visit with Designers, Developers and Product Line Managers when needed
- Support implementation of updated fabric quality manual (F-01), color manual, CSI system at regional supplier level. Support on reviewing fabric supplier's predicted color fastness and provide technical feedback
- Support on maintaining the update status of material information in MR. Support on managing the updates of any sustainability credential and RSL compliance in Material Repository
