Your Talent
- College/University degree in fashion and textile related field and preferred.
- 5 Days per week and/or minimum 28 hours per week
- General knowledge of apparel construction, fabric/trims, costing, and overall manufacturing processes.
- 3D Browswear experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office/Adobe Illustrator/Web based applications.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/seasons at the same time.
- Ability to meet required deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with a pro-active, team-based personality.

Your Mission
- Documenting information on systems and processes and efficiencies.
- Update development systems, BOMs, and internal tracking charts
- Sample organization
- Review, measure and prepare garments to tech packs
- Attend and support relevant meetings such as design reviews, proto review/fittings, and line presentations
- Researching the market for innovation & newness to further grow & improve the apparel collection
- Show effective project time management.
- Adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
- Acquire and share knowledge/skills.
- Understand apparel manufacturing, materials and processes.
