Your Talent

  • College/University degree in fashion and textile related field and preferred.
  • 5 Days per week and/or minimum 28 hours per week
  • General knowledge of apparel construction, fabric/trims, costing, and overall manufacturing processes.
  • 3D Browswear experience preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office/Adobe Illustrator/Web based applications.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/seasons at the same time.
  • Ability to meet required deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills coupled with a pro-active, team-based personality.

Your Mission

  • Documenting information on systems and processes and efficiencies.
  • Update development systems, BOMs, and internal tracking charts
  • Sample organization
  • Review, measure and prepare garments to tech packs
  • Attend and support relevant meetings such as design reviews, proto review/fittings, and line presentations
  • Researching the market for innovation & newness to further grow & improve the apparel collection
  • Show effective project time management.
  • Adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Acquire and share knowledge/skills.
  • Understand apparel manufacturing, materials and processes.
