Your Talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related fields

Professional:

  • 5–7 years in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering and/or business Intelligence field

  • Proven experience leading BI strategy or transformation project

  • Industry background in retail, wholesale, or consumer goods preferred

IT Skills:

  • Power BI

  • Professional in DAX (using DAX studio, Tabular Editor, Power BI)

  • Strong coding skills (SQL, Python)

Your Mission

The Teamhead, Business Intelligence SEAO is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the regional BI vision to drive data-driven decision-making across the SEAO cluster. This role bridges business strategy and data analytics, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that power growth, operational efficiency, and commercial performance. The role encompasses full BI ownership—from data ingestion and engineering to advanced reporting and visualization—ensuring the organization becomes truly insight-led.

Task 1: BI Strategy Execution & Visualization Development

  • Lead the development of impactful, user-centric BI dashboards and reports using Power BI.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand key business questions and translate them into analytical deliverables.

  • Ensure reporting aligns with industry best practices in data storytelling, usability, and performance.

  • Conduct end-user training and change management to maximize BI adoption and engagement

Task 2: BI Project Leadership & Data Integration

  • Plan and drive high-impact BI initiatives across departments, aligning with business goals.

  • Manage cross-functional project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

  • Champion data integration efforts, connecting multiple sources into a unified and accessible BI ecosystem.

Task 3: BI Cube Governance & Global Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Global BI Team to maintain and enhance the BI tabular cube infrastructure.

  • Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability in alignment with global BI standards.

  • Support global initiatives on Spark-based data solutions, ELT pipeline design, and Data Lake management.

Task 4: Operational BI Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for BI issues, troubleshooting data discrepancies and ensuring minimal downtime.

  • Liaise with global counterparts to resolve issues effectively and document learnings.

  • Identify process bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement in BI operations.

Task 5: Process Excellence & BI Best Practices

  • Establish and document BI development standards, governance, and quality assurance practices.

  • Foster a data-driven culture by embedding analytics in business planning and decision workflows.

Your Mission

Puma Indonesia is looking for self-driven, motivated, and detail-oriented Operations person. Skilled in managing our 3PL for outbound and last mile delivery with extraordinary communication skills strong attention to accuracy, and ability to work under pressure. Ability to manage daily business operations, with minimum supervision.

Task 1: Outbound (B2B & B2C)

  • Evaluate daily outbound capacity through coordinating with sales and retails and other relevant parties. 

  • Evaluate Warehouse day to day picking, packing efficiency and also order accuracy.  

  • Responsible to monitoring warehouse order fulfillment: 

  • Monitoring daily order 

  • Monitoring the delivery status 

  • Monitoring POD status in SharePoint (cloud) 

  • Maintain Delivery Summary Reports 

Task 2: Inbound and Returns:

  • Working with Inbound team as well as others party in order to make sure inbound import/L4L arrival at Warehouse 

  • Evaluate daily inbound capacity base on forecast, and work with stakeholder for any capacity addition and/or improvements 

  • Duty input execution in ME22 (Checking the Duty in Value IDR , qty, Description,PO , -> Make sure qty tally with PIB and invoice) 

  • Conducting and ensuring timely GR execute process 

  • Responsible to monitor Warehouse inbound receiving: 

  • Monitor progress of inbound receiving 

  • Monitor and maintain Inbound Report  

  • Responsible for returns management 

  • Work with stakeholders for any product return discrepancies or variances. 

  • Monitor the progress of scanning returns  

  • Ensure returns receiving process as per timeline. 

  • Monitor the segregation of products 

  • Maintain the Return Summary Reports

Task 3: Inventory Management (B2B & B2C) 

  • Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements with the help of direct reports. 

  • Resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement. 

  • Keep track and manage all product base on the storage location position as well as the movement (such as slow moving, obsoleted stock, EOL, etc.) 

  • Liaise with warehouse for any excess or shortage inventory. 

  • Manage and work with others function for any inventory adjustment.

 Task 4: Last Mile Delivery (B2B & B2C) 

 

  • Track Daily availability of trucks  

  • Coordinate w/ the internal team if there are changes in the delivery schedule. 

  • Manage transporter to ensure timely delivery and meet customer requirement 

  • Track and monitor Daily Loading Schedule 

  • Address any issues that internal or external customers may have both with individual driver, missing/discrepancies product, late arrival and any other cases. 

  • Manage and ensure on time POD return.

Task 5: Reporting, Vendor Invoice submission and Support Task (B2B & B2C) 

  • On time reports, forecast based on the agreed monthly schedule 

  • Conducts 12x cross functional review meetings with Wholesale and Retail (issues, performance, forecasts and upcoming sales and events and support market level operations and improvement inter-department communication.) 

  • Organizing the Documents Library for POD 

  • Maintain the digital documents library for audit purpose 

  • Coordinate with 3PL to obtain the necessary documents and store it on digital library 

  • Maintain the summary for the digital library 

  • Support all logistics ad hoc activities assigned by the supervisor. 

  • Procurement for Consumables 

  • Documentation and Filling 

  • Creation of Invoice and Packing List for Export Shipments.  

  • Responsible to follow up all 3PL invoices for payment processing  

  • Responsible to create PO for all vendors for payment processing 

  • Responsible to submit PO for approval to HOD and Submit to Finance. 

Task 6: Ad hoc 

  • Involve and support for any Warehouse projects 

  • Involve and support for any audit process (MoT, Customs, Tax, etc.)

Your Mission

PUMA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Customer Service & Warehousing Southern Europe to lead and inspire our Southern Europe Customer Service teams. This role is responsible for managing two local teams with an area coordinator each: one based in Milan, focusing on the Italian market, and another in Barcelona, focusing on the Spanish and Portuguese markets.   • Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements - physical stocks and system in both PUMA system and 3PL system.
  • Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are matched.
  • Keep track and monitoring cycle counting, short pick, temp-missing, slow moving and obsolete stock with 3PL warehouse and inventory team.
  • Take charge of the non-inventory product kept accurate.

Task 2: Transportation Management

  • Deliver on time to scheduled required arrival date to the customer.
  • Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routes or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications and costs.
  • Coordinate with customers and other stakeholders on their queries regarding delivery status.
  • Handle feedback, queries and complaints positively.  Provide immediate and long-term solutions.  
  • Schedule/ arrange collection with warehouse on return collection.  Monitoring the return been pickup and reach destination on time.

Task 3: Warehouse Management

  • Evaluate warehouse picking, packing efficiency and order accuracy.
  • Identify savings by removing waste or unnecessary steps in the logistics process.
  • Create policies or procedures for warehouse activities.
  • Responsible for monitoring warehouse order fulfillment, stocks return/ reverse management.

Task 4: Report & Others

  • Conduct feasibility & analytical study on logistics operation. 
  • Logistic reports are updated on time with accurate data.
  • Conducts functional review meetings.
  • Organize the Documents Library.
  • Support all logistics ad hoc activities assigned by the manager.
  • Responsible to follow up all 3PL invoices for payment processing.

Your Talent

  • 2-4 Years of golf club or similar sporting good product development experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related engineering field.
  • Project Management skills including advanced knowledge of MS Project.
  • Critical chain project management experience is helpful.
  • ProChain project management software and methodology experience is helpful.
  • Experience in PLM system management and Bill of Material creation is helpful.
  • Ability to adapt and come up with creative solutions to help ensure on-time product availability and readiness when changes are made.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow impact of supply decisions.
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to work with cross functional team members and suppliers, located globally in different time zones. Open communication style with good listening skills necessary
  • Passion for sport-lifestyle business. Golf industry experience is helpful.
  • Up to 20% travel international and domestic

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $68,640 - $87,140

Your Mission

  • Work cross functionally with various organizations including Product Management, R&D, Innovation, Operations & Sales to coordinate on-time development and delivery of new products. Meet all requirements for a successful global launch for assigned programs.
  • Create project schedules and critically analyze them throughout the actual project progress. Use this analysis to generate schedule scenarios to guide project teams in delivering product on time. Create alternate scenario schedules as needed to address business needs and facilitate fast decision making.
  • Organize and encourage all team members to constantly update project schedule information. Participate in all project update meetings with the Engineering and Asia teams to ensure all projects are on-track. Gather pertinent information, critical action items and task updates to communicate these out to the project team and key stakeholders regularly.
  • Collaborate with all Tier 1/2 suppliers to ensure overall schedule meets global launch needs. Integrate supplier schedules into Cobra’s project schedules and monitor factory feedback to update the project team and key stakeholders regularly.
  • Support any ad-hoc projects that need cross-functional resources to bring to market.
  • Ensure all the program commercialization deliverables are met, including sales samples, fitting, demo, and all launch requirements.
  • Support Program Management/Master Data teams in the creation and management of part numbers and bill of materials in Cobra’s PLM system. Help coordinate global system setup of all components and finished goods and share with suppliers.
  • Manage supplier capacity and global production priorities for assigned programs. Ensure all program requirements including commercialization deliverables and sales volume and planned for.
  • Lead all Tier 1/2 supplier capacity analysis and negotiations for assigned programs.
  • Lead cost quoting and negotiations with the Operations team. Review and understand all program costs including FOB, margins, and tooling costs.
  • Collaborate in cost-savings initiatives
  • Work with the Innovation and R&D teams to understand long term supply chain needs and identify capability requirements for future.
