  • Trabajar con la fábrica en la solución de problemas en la línea de producción, implementando soluciones y haciendo eficiente la línea para que la producción sea más ágil y salga con la calidad requerida.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL and familiarity with ETL tools (e.g. dbt, Azure Data Factory).
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
  • Proficiency on containerization techniques (e.g. Docker, K8s).
  • Experience with Power BI, including data modelling and dashboard creation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools.
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive Data Analytics.

Your Mission

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of ETL pipelines to ensure reliable data flow across systems.
  • Monitor data workflows and troubleshoot issues to maintain data integrity and performance.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to integrate new data sources and improve existing pipelines.
  • Document data processes and contribute to operational best practices.
  • Maintain and update Power BI dashboards to reflect current business metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in dashboards through regular validation.

Qualifications and Functional Competencies:
  • Graduate / Postgraduate preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • 3+ years in inbound warehouse operations (Retail/Lifestyle/FMCG/e-commerce preferred).
  • Hands-on with WMS/ERP (e.g., SAP EWM/Oracle/BlueYonder), handheld scanners.
  • MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
  • Familiarity with documentation (PO/Invoice/ASN; basic GST/e-way bill awareness) is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder coordination.
  • Problem-solving under time pressure; team player with a safety-first mindset.
  • Fast-paced warehouse environment; peak-season extended hours may occur.
  • Standing/walking; handling moderately heavy items with MHE (post training).
  • Strict adherence to PPE, safety, and 5S.

Your Mission

Position Summary: Own day-to-day inbound logistics execution from gate-in to dock-to-stock. Ensure accurate receiving, quality checks, GRN posting, labeling, and put-away in line with SOPs, safety, and TAT/accuracy SLAs.
Key Objectives:
  • Receiving & Quality Checks
  • Coordinate vehicle/dock scheduling with transport partners and security.
  • Supervise unloading; perform count & visual checks (damage, seal integrity, batch/lot, MRP, expiry/FEFO).
  • Raise shortage/damage and escalate discrepancies promptly.
  • Documentation & System Transactions
  • Verify and reconcile PO / ASN / Delivery Note / Invoice before posting.
  • Post GRN in WMS/ERP within SLA; capture variances and remarks.
  • Ensure items are labeled, palletized, and barcoded as per standards for put-away.
  • Put-Away & Inventory Control
  • Execute scan-based put-away to system-directed bins.
  • Support daily stock reconciliations and variance justifications.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits; coordinate with Finance for Goods Receipt support and document completeness.
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Liaise with factory, sourcing, transporters, QA, PO, SAP, LEA and Planning, to resolve inbound issues.
  • Provide timely updates on delays, damages, and escalations to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Drive adherence to SOPs, safety, 5S, and compliance (company and regulatory).
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Publish daily inbound MIS: receipts vs plan, dock-to-stock time, GRN TAT, damages, and accuracy.
  • Suggest and support small kaizens in receiving, staging, and put-away to reduce TAT/costs and improve accuracy.

Your Mission

The Junior Analyst position is to work closely with other members on the team and help manage the product testing process by gathering and evaluating perception feedback from consumers (fit, comfort, quality, performance).

  • Maintain and update Product Database with all relevant information of articles being tested.

  • Manage organizational responsibilities - unpack, prepare and ship product samples for testing purposes.

  • Learn the various constructions, components and materials of the footwear types being tested.

  • Keep continuous communication and follow up with the testers for feedback during the wear testing period.

  • Work with team members and Footwear Developers to understand product functionality to assure the appropriate tester is assigned to each product.

Your Mission

  • Responsible in ensuring Puma products specifications, standards and protocols are adhere by Suppliers; help to support the Suppliers for improvement
  • Responsible for the system procedures both Quality and Technical Audit  
  • Ensure the right quality testing and inspection standard are met
  • Conduct the Pre-Production Meeting, identify the foresee issue and risks operation prior to bulk production
  • Carry out the In Line, Pre Final, Final Inspection for Arsenal and if no CFA in the Factory
  • Conduct initial training of CFA and do the Certification in case the QA Manager of the Branch is not available
  • Ensure to highlight the quality problems of the products, procedures, organization if any, work out with Suppliers, the preventive measures concrete action plan for the improvement
  • Responsible for generating the inspection reports and share the reports to respective Suppliers and report directly to the QA Manager and cc copy the Branch Manager and Senior Manager Compliance
  • Responsible for communicating the claims coming from the customer and follow up and back up from the Quality Manager/ Branch Manager
  • Responsible for the improvement with a good relationship and communications with Suppliers, Production team, QA colleagues and immediate superior

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related fields

Professional:

  • 5–7 years in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering and/or business Intelligence field

  • Proven experience leading BI strategy or transformation project

IT Skills:

  • Power BI

  • Professional in DAX (using DAX studio, Tabular Editor, Power BI)

Your Mission

The Teamhead, Business Intelligence SEAO is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the regional BI vision to drive data-driven decision-making across the SEAO cluster. This role bridges business strategy and data analytics, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that power growth, operational efficiency, and commercial performance. The role encompasses full BI ownership—from data ingestion and engineering to advanced reporting and visualization—ensuring the organization becomes truly insight-led.

Task 1: BI Strategy Execution & Visualization Development

  • Lead the development of impactful, user-centric BI dashboards and reports using Power BI.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand key business questions and translate them into analytical deliverables.

  • Ensure reporting aligns with industry best practices in data storytelling, usability, and performance.

  • Conduct end-user training and change management to maximize BI adoption and engagement

Task 2: BI Project Leadership & Data Integration

  • Plan and drive high-impact BI initiatives across departments, aligning with business goals.

  • Manage cross-functional project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

Task 3: BI Cube Governance & Global Collaboration

  • Support global initiatives on Spark-based data solutions, ELT pipeline design, and Data Lake management.

Task 4: Operational BI Support & Continuous Improvement

  • Liaise with global counterparts to resolve issues effectively and document learnings.

  • Identify process bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement in BI operations.

Your Mission

Puma Indonesia is looking for self-driven, motivated, and detail-oriented Operations person. Skilled in managing our 3PL for outbound and last mile delivery with extraordinary communication skills strong attention to accuracy, and ability to work under pressure. Ability to manage daily business operations, with minimum supervision.

Task 1: Outbound (B2B & B2C)

  • Evaluate daily outbound capacity through coordinating with sales and retails and other relevant parties. 

  • Evaluate Warehouse day to day picking, packing efficiency and also order accuracy.  

  • Responsible to monitoring warehouse order fulfillment: 

  • Monitoring daily order 

  • Monitoring the delivery status 

  • Monitoring POD status in SharePoint (cloud) 

  • Maintain Delivery Summary Reports 

Task 2: Inbound and Returns:

  • Working with Inbound team as well as others party in order to make sure inbound import/L4L arrival at Warehouse 

  • Evaluate daily inbound capacity base on forecast, and work with stakeholder for any capacity addition and/or improvements 

  • Duty input execution in ME22 (Checking the Duty in Value IDR , qty, Description,PO , -> Make sure qty tally with PIB and invoice) 

  • Conducting and ensuring timely GR execute process 

  • Responsible to monitor Warehouse inbound receiving: 

  • Monitor progress of inbound receiving 

  • Monitor and maintain Inbound Report  

  • Responsible for returns management 

  • Work with stakeholders for any product return discrepancies or variances. 

  • Monitor the progress of scanning returns  

  • Ensure returns receiving process as per timeline. 

  • Monitor the segregation of products 

  • Maintain the Return Summary Reports

Task 3: Inventory Management (B2B & B2C) 

  • Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements with the help of direct reports. 

  • Resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement. 

  • Keep track and manage all product base on the storage location position as well as the movement (such as slow moving, obsoleted stock, EOL, etc.) 

  • Liaise with warehouse for any excess or shortage inventory. 

  • Manage and work with others function for any inventory adjustment.

 Task 4: Last Mile Delivery (B2B & B2C) 

 

  • Track Daily availability of trucks  

  • Coordinate w/ the internal team if there are changes in the delivery schedule. 

  • Manage transporter to ensure timely delivery and meet customer requirement 

  • Track and monitor Daily Loading Schedule 

  • Address any issues that internal or external customers may have both with individual driver, missing/discrepancies product, late arrival and any other cases. 

  • Manage and ensure on time POD return.

Task 5: Reporting, Vendor Invoice submission and Support Task (B2B & B2C) 

  • On time reports, forecast based on the agreed monthly schedule 

  • Conducts 12x cross functional review meetings with Wholesale and Retail (issues, performance, forecasts and upcoming sales and events and support market level operations and improvement inter-department communication.) 

  • Organizing the Documents Library for POD 

  • Maintain the digital documents library for audit purpose 

  • Coordinate with 3PL to obtain the necessary documents and store it on digital library 

  • Maintain the summary for the digital library 

  • Support all logistics ad hoc activities assigned by the supervisor. 

  • Procurement for Consumables 

  • Documentation and Filling 

  • Creation of Invoice and Packing List for Export Shipments.  

  • Responsible to follow up all 3PL invoices for payment processing  

  • Responsible to create PO for all vendors for payment processing 

  • Responsible to submit PO for approval to HOD and Submit to Finance. 

Task 6: Ad hoc 

  • Involve and support for any Warehouse projects 

  • Involve and support for any audit process (MoT, Customs, Tax, etc.)
