Your mission

Position Title: Inbound Operations Executive Warehouse (Third Party Payroll)
Location: Luhari, Gurgaon
Reporting to: Warehouse Manager

Role Purpose: Own day-to-day inbound logistics execution from gate-in to dock-to-stock. Ensure accurate receiving, quality checks, GRN posting, labeling, and put-away in line with SOPs, safety, and TAT/accuracy SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving & Quality Checks
  • Coordinate vehicle/dock scheduling with transport partners and security.
  • Supervise unloading; perform count & visual checks (damage, seal integrity, batch/lot, MRP, expiry/FEFO).
  • Raise shortage/damage and escalate discrepancies promptly.
  • Documentation & System Transactions
  • Verify and reconcile PO / ASN / Delivery Note / Invoice before posting.
  • Post GRN in WMS/ERP within SLA; capture variances and remarks.
  • Ensure items are labeled, palletized, and barcoded as per standards for put-away.
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Put-Away & Inventory Control
  • Execute scan-based put-away to system-directed bins.
  • Support daily stock reconciliations and variance justifications.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits; coordinate with Finance for Goods Receipt support and document completeness.
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Liaise with factory, sourcing, transporters, QA, PO, SAP, LEA and Planning, to resolve inbound issues.
  • Provide timely updates on delays, damages, and escalations to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Drive adherence to SOPs, safety, 5S, and compliance (company and regulatory).
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Publish daily inbound MIS: receipts vs plan, dock-to-stock time, GRN TAT, damages, and accuracy.
  • Suggest and support small kaizens in receiving, staging, and put-away to reduce TAT/costs and improve accuracy.

Education
  • Graduate / Postgraduate preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Experience
  • 3+ years in inbound warehouse operations (Retail/Lifestyle/FMCG/e-commerce preferred).
Technical
  • Hands-on with WMS/ERP (e.g., SAP EWM/Oracle/BlueYonder), handheld scanners.
  • MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
  • Familiarity with documentation (PO/Invoice/ASN; basic GST/e-way bill awareness) is a plus.
Soft Skills
  • High attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Clear communication and stakeholder coordination.

Your mission

  • Senior Executive Origin Logistics, is responsible for managing supplier logistics operations including suppliers' KPI performance, Order fulfillment, 3PL management etc. Work closely with the line manager on various projects related to logistics operations. He/ She is also responsible for team management and agree personal development plan for individual team member
  • Task 1 - Daily Shipment Delivery: Check & confirm LCHD on systems: change of ship mode, delay, shortage, early ship, deferment, replacement… etc. Update delivery performance code on systems for delayed orders. Release SASN for non-integrated LSP. Expired CHD/LCHD follow up. Collect Proforma Invoice from factories for LC / TT payment in advance for licensee customers like as Philippines & Thailand. Expedite Certificates of Origin from all Factories to meet the required COO timeline
  • Task 2: Extra Charges & Payment Process: Check and accept VAS cost in GTN (label & packing cost, pack factor change, storage cost, rework cost…). Submit debit note & credit note to line manager for approval. Submit debit note & credit note to finance portal web/open text. Work with Source Co, Finance team to fix invoice discrepancy if happening
  • Task 3: Collaboration With Stakeholders - Collaborate with sales sub for alignment on all types of order changes: early ship, shortage, deferment, shipment planning, light load container approval, push up green light process. Collaborate with vendors to monitor shipment delivery as planned, GSI compliance, other special handling request. Collaborate with LSP for SOP compliance, clarify shipping instruction, correct shipment discrepancy...Collaborate with other team like OM/production/L&P to solve out other relevant issues
  • Task 4: Claim Handling: Validate claim of quantity shortage, or defective cargo through with vendors/ Sales sub / LSP. Collaborate with claim manager to close the claim in proper manner
  • Task 5: Administration - HS Code update for some particular destinations like as Japan, China, India, Korea, Thailand, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, SEA. Follow up docs upload in GTN document folder. Follow up original shipping docs dispatch to some destinations as requested. Document checking: GTN invoice, COO, material composition… for some customers like as Japan, China, India, Korea, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, SEA. Run data report upon request
  • Task 6: Travel Port/CFS/Factory/Custom office to understand issues on the ground
  • Task 7: Leadership - Support subordinates for operation problem solving with efficient solutions. Supervise new project / new SOP implementation that assures its full compliance with setting objectives. Tracking Vendor / LSP KPI and support subordinates to manage these KPIs in efficient ways. Organize new supplier training upon requested by line manager. Keep updated and extend industrial market intelligence. Personal skills and teamwork skill set development

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, with additional knowledge of business management.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the lifestyle industry, including holding a similar role in a multinational company within the past 3 years.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Your mission

The position of Analyst Foreign Trade Zone provides general administrative support including data entry to specialized software designed to track inventory within the Foreign Trade Zone. Applicant will be responsible for review of inbound import documentation and daily maintenance of data flowing through the Foreign Trade Zone software. Applicant is responsible for resolution of any discrepancies between documentation, the zone software and in house inventory system. Applicant will be responsible for FTZ daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required by US Customs.

  • Liaise with Traffic, Warehouse and Order Management departments to monitor incoming imports and expedite in bond movement of freight to the FTZ
  • Reviews commercial shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance with Customs requirements
  • Audit FTZ admittances in the zone software by cross checking shipping documentation and warehouse receipts, complete error resolution reports, correct discrepancies, and confirm any needed corrections take place in the ERP system
  • Timely filing of weekly and periodic reports (214’s, 3461’s, 7501’s, 7512’s…etc) as required by US Customs and Foreign Trade Zone Board
  • Organize and maintain all required documents for Customs prescribed record keeping requirements
  • Data analysis / special projects as needed.

Your talent

  • High school diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience working in import/export environment preferred; prior FTZ experience a plus
  • Basic understanding of inventory controls in a high-volume distribution center.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.
  • Detail oriented, organized and efficient
  • Self-starter with ability to solve problems and deliver required results with minimal supervision.
  • Operate Microsoft Office applications, including basic Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to occasionally work extended hours or weekends depending on project needs and seasonal demands.
  • Knowledge of business, accounting, and/or import concepts and strong mathematical skills
  • Basic knowledge of US Harmonized Tariff System and US Customs regulations preferred.
  • Foreign Trade Zone, Customs Brokerage, Logistics, or Inventory experience is helpful.
  • Must be able to pass a US Customs background check.

The hiring range base pay for this position is $47,200-$62,765 + Bonus + Benefits

Your mission

The Teamhead, Business Intelligence SEAO is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the regional BI vision to drive data-driven decision-making across the SEAO cluster. This role bridges business strategy and data analytics, transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that power growth, operational efficiency, and commercial performance. Task 1: BI Strategy Execution & Visualization Development

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand key business questions and translate them into analytical deliverables.
