Your mission
Manage O&O (Owned and Operated) and Partner Channel (Franchise) Stores in the South Region.
- Responsible for reaching the sales target
- Managing Store KPIs across the region
- Business Development in the region
Reports to: Senior Director-Retail
Key Performance Indicator:
- Sales
- Financial account management
- Stores KPIS (UPT, ATV and Conversion)
- No. of new stores opened against target (Business Development)
- Managing the Relationship with partners
Organizational relationships:
- Internal: Merchandising, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, People and Organisation and Legal
- External: Franchise partners, Mall Management etc.

Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required
- At least 14+ years experience in sales and/or management.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
- Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
- Target oriented
