Your mission
Puma AI & Machine Learning team is looking for MLOPs Engineer to join in Bangalore HQ.
The ideal candidate will design, deploy, and operate scalable, reliable, and secure machine learning and AI systems in production. This role will own the end-to-end ML lifecycle—from model packaging, deployment and monitoring, retraining, and governance.

Objectives:
1. Lead deployment of ML/AI models into production environments.
2. Build reusable pipelines for model packaging, versioning, and rollout.
3. Standardize ML templates and best practices across teams.
4. Implement monitoring for model performance, data quality and feature drift, Infra health and latency.
5. Troubleshoot production ML issues and ensure system reliability.
6. Optimize compute and storage costs for training and inference.
7. Plan and execute model refresh and retraining schedules.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders and take ownership of end-to-end ML lifecycle.
Your talent
Skills & Experience Required:
Good knowledge of Azure and Databricks cloud platform and services.
Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end ML solution orchestration for – 1) Data/Feature Engineering, 2) Model Training/Inferences, 3) Real-time/Batch Processing.
Hands-on experience in backend development using FastAPI.
Very good knowledge of MLOps concepts like data drift, model drift, online learning.
Very good hands-on experience working with Python, PySpark, T-SQL, CI/CD on Github Actions.
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists and other stakeholders.
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in MLOps engineering role.
Working knowledge in deployment of LLM based GenAI solutions.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent teamwork and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Education Qualification:
B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science / IT or related fields from one of the premier Institutes
