Your mission
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance protocols to ensure products meet or exceed PUMA's standards.
Communicate and monitor PUMA product quality requirements with suppliers, ensuring adherence to fabrics, trims, embellishments, workmanship, labeling and packaging standards.
Work closely with supplier senior management to set quality improvement strategies, implement new projects, and adjust based on performance and results.
Key Objectives:
1) Process Capability Index (PCI): Measures the ability of our processes to
consistently produce products that meet PUMA's quality standards.
2) Standardization Compliance: Ensures all processes meet PUMA's required
standards and are executed correctly.
3) Robust Execution: Utilizes a monitoring tool to track risk analysis, pre
production planning, sizing accuracy, and initial bulk production to guarantee
proper execution, documentation, and necessary follow up.
4) RFT (Right First Time) Percentage at Source: Responsible for implementing
measures that guarantee RFT at the source. This includes proactive actions to
prevent errors and consistent efforts to demonstrate measurable
improvements in RFT percentages over time.
5) Manage in bound and out bound inspections: Responsible of managing in
bound and out bound inspections and ensure pass % targets are met.
This role will be located in Tirupur/Coimbatore.

Eligibility Criteria :
Education: Graduate from a reputed institute.
Professional: A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in apparel quality.
IT Skills: MS Office, Power point, Excel.
Language Skills: English, Hindi, Tamil
