Your mission
Assist the Vice Presidents in E-Commerce & Retail in their daily business operations, particularly with view to agenda/calendar management, room bookings, travel planning/ booking, meeting documentation and follow-up, and expense reports
Support the preparation of internal or external meetings and workshops (incl. guest relations, invitations, room set up, catering, etc.)
Support in various projects related to Retail and E-Commerce
Prepare or create reports and presentations, help on research and analysis and take over ad-hoc tasks on project coordination with cross-functional teams
Provide overall administrative/office support to the Global Retail & eCommerce teams.
Your talent
Successfully completed apprenticeship or studies in a relevant field
Keen interest in E-Commerce & Retail
Proven experience supporting senior executives in global, fast-paced environments
Expertise in calendar management, stakeholder coordination, and workflow ownership
Fluent in English & German; excellent communication skills
Advanced MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools proficiency
Skilled in travel, logistics, vendor management, and budget administration
Highly organized, discreet, proactive, and adaptable
Strong relationship builder; solutions-oriented and resilient
Committed to excellence and professionalism
