Your Talent

  • ​Experience in the position of Sales Manager for at least 2 years.

  • Higher education in economics, marketing, category management, etc.

  • English language — Upper-intermediate level (part of the interview will be conducted in English).

  • Proficient user of MS Office (Excel), knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

  • Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, initiative, flexible, eager to learn, team player, open and confident.

  • Strong interest in global fashion trends, constantly updating knowledge on the latest developments in the sportstyle industry and adapting them to client needs.

Your Mission

 ·         Manage sales, increase market share, and enhance PUMA brand awareness among designated Sportstyle clients in line with the company’s strategy.                              

·         Build and maintain long-term relationships with Sportstyle partners, ensuring effective communication with decisionmakers.   

·         Conduct sales of seasonal collections, present new products, and analyze market trends and consumer preferences.     

·         Handle pre-orders and re-orders, analyze client needs, and prepare tailored proposals.                        

·         Assess sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop and implement strategies to expand collaboration.

·         Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior, introducing new approaches to drive business growth.

Your Mission

Job Summary 

This role will serve as a critical member of the Go To Market (GTM) team, supporting the wholesale team through providing product information and assets required to initiate a successful go to market process, from sell-in to digital partner support. They will partner with our global teams and photography agency to best serve our sales organization and retailers.   

 

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for full scope Puma North America (PNA) sample management and processes, which entails most but is not limited to; collaboration with cross-functional partners to aggregate and execute sample ordering ahead of key company milestones, ensure tracking and shipment arrivals, leading tracking and sign-off process with Merchandising teams and maintaining organization system and flow of on-site footwear and apparel samples. 

  • Partner with GTM Operations Teamhead to drive process and budget sample efficiencies.  

  • Reporting management of Power BI sample reports, GTM calendar, and all tracking and milestone communication within department. 

  • Maintaining an open line of communication with Sales team to fulfill additional in-season sample requests, providing best-in-class service  

  • Supporting Showroom team with seasonal showroom setup that includes unpacking boxes, checking in styles and arranging product. 

  • Oversee management of our regional photography strategy, partnering with the global digital team and our North American photography agency to serve the imagery needs of our sales team and retailers  

  • Partner with sales team to identify all seasonal photography needs. Maintaining open line of communication with Sales team to fulfill ad-hoc needs providing best-in-class service  

  • Daily management of photography tracker. Upload all images into our public binder system for sales team and B2B usage. 

  • Partner with Regional Creation Center to approve National Regional Product imagery 

  • Management of our Product Information Management system, acting as the liaison between the platform, our IT team and end users (sales team) 

  • Partner with the digital sales team to continue to drive PIM efficiencies ultimately leading to better brand experience and conversion on site.

Your Mission

[SUMMARY]

1. Accountable of managing the allocation process to deliver maximum sales, margin and profit to the PUMA Retail channels

2. Together with store manager & sales rep, responsible for maintaining proper inventory/option level to enhance our sell-thru rate and efficiency

3. To liquidate old season inventory, forecast of runout quantity by channel and allocate on the principles of ensuring right product, right quantity, right place and right time

  • Task 1 (50%): Allocation for DTC Channel (O&O, Consignment, E-COM): Allocate product by each store at right product launching schedule based on store capacity & store zoning plan, Replenish sales Q’ty for each store to maximize sales and maintain proper inventory, Lead and collaborate with sales team to build the best product assortment for the new store opening and relocation/renovation, Prepare the allocation plans for upcoming seasons against actual situation and create final store plans and stock flow for allocation
  • Task 2 (30%): Inventory Management _ By capacity & Rotation & Season Stock Cover by Channel: Ensure an efficient inventory flow between channels: store to store product rotation based on sell-thru and product in and out by product seasonality, Review weekly inventory level for each store to ensure maintaining proper inventory level to hit sales target, Oversee the placement of orders and track deliveries and stock flow to Warehouse
  • Task 3 (20%): Review sales and Inventory status vs. actual performance: Review sales and inventory status of all Puma retail stores and provide proper data with retail sales team to make trading decisions such as MD, price changes, re-buy needs, stock transfers etc., Drive weekly reporting and analysis and present these during weekly trading meetings. Drive the discussion on actions needed based on trading
