Your Talent

  • College or University graduated.
  • At least 5-6 years working experience in shoe industry for Development.
  • Be good at related office software (word, excel, PowerPoint, CAD).

Your Mission

  • Responsible for managing the footwear product development process by supporting the respective Business Units and directly interact with supply partners to provide an effective transition of footwear designs from prototyping into production. Handle development projects with the guidance and support of the Team Leader Development.
  • Receive Tech packages and prepare/review with factory to prepare samples.
  • Communicate all product, shipping, tracking, material ideas and issues between factory and overseas team.
  • Key support on tracking reports and shipping documents.
  • Build and guide tech system confirmation specs with factory creation.
  • Ensure all confirmed tech packages are accurate and on schedule to support C&E teams and timeline.
  • Meet and influence product quality to meet highest standard during each phase of sampling.

Your Talent

  • University degree in Design and/or relevant field of study. At least 5-8 years of work experience of designing for one or more leading fashion/lifestyle/sports brand, ideally in the fashion, athletic/footwear industry. 
  • Versatile designer who has experience designing products across men’s, women’s and children’s products. 
  • Professional experience working in team environment, ability to function autonomously as well as in a cooperative, diverse group. 
  • Professional working experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. 3D Design a big benefit but not essential. 
  • Tremendous attention to detail and extraordinary time-management skills. 
  • Strategic and creative thinking, strong initiative, passionate about product, strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • Hands on Footwear development experience. Fluent in English, fluent in Mandarin a plus but not essential.

Your Mission

  • Contribute to the formulation of the annual product design plan for the product category and introduce and execute innovative design ideas, in order to achieve Business targets and product category objectives. 
  • Create Early Bird projects looking to progress the Sportstyle footwear range, both proactively as well as in collaboration with the Herzogenaurach based Design and PLM teams. 
  • Work on short timeline projects briefed directly from the PLM teams based in Herzogenaurach HQ. 
  • Work closely with the development team and suppliers in Asia to both source, brief in and develop new materials in line with the creative direction and commercial needs. 
  • Ensure the quality of products' design content in order to reinforce and strengthen the brand position and generate consumer demand. 
  • Lead by example, mentor and coach more junior team members on the job. 
  • Produce accurate and detailed tech packs for total new products including color and material specs to factory standards as well as travel to factories to finalize prototypes when needed.
  • Research markets, trade shows and competition for trends and inspiration and provide trip reports. 
  • Creation of dynamic seasonal color and material packs that are both commercial, consumer and trend relevant, in conjunction with the Teamhead & Creative Direction.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related disciplines

Your Mission

  • Lead the design and development of automation and AI functionalities through cross-functional collaboration with product, data and business teams to optimize business processes
  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of chatbot systems, including updating knowledge bases and chatbot data handling, refining natural language processing (NLP) models / Large Language Model (LLM), and monitoring chatbot performance metrics such as response times and error rates.
  • Ensure smooth integration of chatbots with other systems and APIs, promptly addressing any compatibility or performance issues.
  • Implement robust monitoring, error detection and long term solution to minimize downtime and smooth running of applications/systems.
  • Lead and manage pipeline maintenance by analyzing and improving efficiency, scalability, and stability of tools within the landscape
