Your Talent
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant area
- 2-4 year (1-2 for Junior) of relevant work experience in eCommerce or Digital Industry
- Knowledge of standard Retail/eCom processes and KPl’s
- Strong analytical skills - ability to gather data and create meaningful analysis or reports
- Commercial mindset and ability to prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, fluency in German or another European language is a plus
Your Mission
- Be responsible for your own PUMA direct-to-consumer business with assigned marketplace channels (like Amazon, About You, eBay, OTTO, Zalando)
- Leverage data to develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and profitability for your marketplace channels
- Drive key initiatives and complex cross functional projects – coordinate between multiple internal stakeholders such as Merchandising, Marketing, Content or Operations to achieve commercial targets
- Define and monitor business KPIs for new and existing marketplaces
- Manage the day-to-day business as for example monitor sales, provide forecasts and ensure stable operational processes
- Collaborate closely with the key account management of the respective marketplaces
- Challenge the status quo, identify inefficiencies and drive for synergies and solutions for the marketplace setup
- Identify, assess and create proposals for new market opportunities, business models or resource allocation. Drive and project manage implementation of strategic initiatives
