Your Talent

  • HRM degree, or experience within the HR field.
  • Plus, if you have experience in employment law, income tax law and social security law
  • Must have is experience in administrative work
  • Proven experience within HR field minimum 4 years
  • Retail experience and a good understanding of the needs and demands
  • Experience in recruitment and performance management
  • Ability and willingness to work with diverse workforce, intercultural understanding
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Excellent German language knowledge and Good Understanding in English
  • Service minded and open personality
  • Ability to work well under pressure, to handle a variety of tasks at the same time and within a dynamic organization

Your Mission

  • Drive and execute the fully cycle of recruitment for retail stores Germany & Switzerland that includes – preparation of job description, job postings, conducting interviews and prepare employment contracts. (Our candidate experience is very important, so we make sure that candidates receive a reply within a specific time and closes positions as soon as they are filled. Hold the ownership for candidate communication process.)
  • Jointly with Store Manager and Area Managers cultivate and drive high performance culture through PUMA Values, PUMA Competencies, Talent Management programs, and internal policy and procedures.
  • Provide timely and qualitative input for PEX budgeting and forecasting for the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Workers council cooperation  
  • Speaking partner to our Managers to advise them in variety of management issues, organizational changes, labor law issues and more
  • With support of the P&O Operations Team ensure smooth and flawless execution of HR administration, including contract management, documentation, personnel files and references.
  • In Switzerland fully responsible for smooth and flawless execution of HR administration, including contract management, documentation, personnel files and references.
