Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent studied.
Professional:
8 years in Tax and Accounting Industry: Audit Firms and Multinational Companies
IT Skills:
Excel: Advanced
PowerPoint: Advanced
SAP: Advanced
Language Skills:
Fluent in English in both written & spoken.
Competencies:
Analytical thinking/problem solving.
Keen attention to details/quality commitment
Leadership; can train and manage direct reports
Teamwork and inter-personal skills

Your Mission
The Senior Manager/Manager, Tax APAC role is responsible for the overall tax-related activities of the company in SEA region, ensuring compliance with tax laws, regulations, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities for this role:
1. Tax Compliance and Reporting
Manage all direct and indirect tax-related compliance matters.
Oversee and support the preparation of tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements.
Manage and support the preparation of local transfer pricing documentation with global tax department and external tax advisors.
Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with local and international tax laws
2. Tax Audits
Manage tax audits and support local finance departments on related activities
3. Tax projects
Provide ad hoc tax advice to local business
Lead and drive process and systems improvement projects related to tax and compliance
Support global tax department and SEA region in all tax initiatives and advisory projects
