Your Talent
- 1-2 years’ experience in Footwear and Apparel sales or relevant experience.
- Basic Understanding of retail sales practices and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and orally.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and make solution-based recommendations.
- Basic Understanding of Retail Math concepts and order book management.
- Ability to execute product presentations and communicate brand strategy accurately and effectively.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Basic product knowledge of Footwear and Apparel.
- Domestic travel required.
The Hiring range base pay for this position is $82,000 - $108,600 + Bonus + Benefits
Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Your Mission
- Managing day-to-day interactions with our City Specialty Customers
- Overseeing the entire sales cycle from sell-in to sell-through and deliver the highest level of service to our customers
- Preparation and presentation of seasonal product assortments and financial plans.
- Manage accounts through proactive orderbook management, business planning, inventory control and data analysis to optimize retailer business.
- Execute seasonal GTM process: onboarding, sales meetings, presentations, allocations, deadlines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of external and cross-functional internal stakeholders aligned to the wholesale business territory.
- Achieve seasonal and yearly sales targets and development goals as defined by Sales Director.
