Your Talent
- University degree in a relevant field of studies
- At least 3 years of experience in a multi-national company, preferably in the Logistics department
- Good command of MS Office (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good communication and presentation skills in English
- Change Management mentality
- Team player with a „can do” attitude and pragmatic approach
- Fast process understanding with a strong business sense
- This opportunity will be available in fulltime or parttime.
Your Mission
- Act as key interface between internal Global Logistics business owner, IT BI development and LSP on technical aspects of BI and our ordering system (Infor Nexus)
- Global support of logistics systems and operational technical tasks
- Be responsible for the execution of the global logistics strategies, assigned projects and operational tasks
- Explore and implement technical proposals for process improvements with other internal and external stakeholders
- Review and propose enhancements of current KPIs and their logic (Monthly KPI review with LSPs).
- Monitor and testing of new functionalities / programs
- Global technical process alignment among LSPs
- Support and manage LSPs and conduct LSP trainings and onboarding
- Take over special projects and provide monthly updates on project status.
