Your Talent

  • Passionate runner with knowledge of running retail, technical product knowledge including direct competitor product knowledge
  •    Experience of retail and / or direct account management
  •    Ability to create long term strategies in partnership with the account, responsible for GTM Plans
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of retail math & order book management, structured mindset
  • Understanding of Excel, Powerpoint and overall business orientation
  • Use strong presentation & communication skills to excite, influence & collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders cross-functionally
  • Solutions orientated approach with high energy, drive and determination
  • Enjoys a flexible self-starter approach, including travel

Your Mission

  • Strive to achieve set sales targets and key category and personal KPIs on a quarterly / annual basis.
  • Build lasting connections with buyers and key stakeholders, via set product presentations, in season support, and marketing and strategy meetings.
  • Provide robust forecasts to ensure budgets and profitability is achieved.
  • Identify Strategic Account’s target consumers and build seasonal assortments and GTM plans based on these consumers.
  • Provide high level sell out support, including staff training and consumer events, to own account base and specialist doors within key accounts.
  • Manage accounts through business planning, stock and sales analysis, and proactive order book management, to support incremental growth opportunities whilst remaining true to category distribution plans. 
  • Use specialist knowledge to support wider business, including Strat Account teams and Product Line Managers.
  • Possess an up to date knowledge of the Running landscape and deep understanding of our competitors; implement strategies and tactics to compete. 
  • Actively engage with all functions within PUMA, ensuring cross functional alignment and first class customer support.
  • To help promote and positively develop PUMA’s image at all times
