Your Talent
- University degree in Sports Management, Economics or similar field of study
- 5+ years of work experience in the sports industry, preferable within marketing and consulting agencies with an emphasis on acquisition and servicing of professional assests
- High affinity for Motorsport and excellent knowledge of the landscape
- Excellent networker with strong relationships to the Motorsport world
- High level of empathy, proactivity and customer orientation
- Very good organizational skills, structured and analytical approach to work
- Ease of handling financial concerns
- Flexible team player with high reliability and integrity
- Strong verbal and writing skills in English
- Willingness to travel frequently both domestically as well as internationally, driving license is required.
Your Mission
- Manage and be accountable for the entire Motorsport asset management incl. contract, relationship and servicing management
- Supporting and developing business strategies and plans for the acquisition and activation of new partnerships
- Establishing and cultivating key business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Regularly reporting on costs against budget, reporting on variances and annual balance of accounts
- Proactively drive the internal management of the partnership by aligning all relevant departments, particularly with Motorsport relevance and 360 alignments
- Responsible for the external management of the partnership with the core purpose of product supplying and servicing to all
- Guarantee a seamless and successful communication using "one PUMA Group voice" towards the assets for all business matters (e.g. product approvals, marketing plan approvals) to ultimately ensure both, the positioning of the asset as well as the optimal use of rights and return of investment (ROI) to support PUMA´s strategic goals (growth driver).
