Your Talent
- Degree holder
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in multi-national company
- Good command of ms office (Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI)
- Good command of English
- Good communication, presentation & implementation ability
- Driving and implementing change
- Logistics process understanding with strong business sense
- Challenging the status quo for improvement in effectivity and efficiency
Your Mission
- Execute global logistics strategies, assigned projects and operational tasks
- Create new ideas, processes or policies, including explore / implement proposals for process improvements with other internal/ external stakeholders
- Central regional contact for supporting internal and customer-specific requests regarding container space allocation
- Escalation point on container space bottleneck, including guidance of sales subs, origin logistics and LSP
- Supporting internal and customer-specific requests regarding import and escalation point on logistics issues, including guidance of sales subs and LSPs
- Analyze the root cause of non-performance including improvement suggestions and drive performance (of container space allocation accuracy, etc.)
- Act as key interface between internal Global Logistics business owners, Sales subs and LSPs
- Control / optimization of worldwide import deliveries for assigned destination region, including SOP & GSI creation & maintenance of Inbound for sales subs & LSP
- Create the container space allocation dashboard, review and propose enhancement of current KPIs and their logic
- Monthly KPI review with LSPs/ Sales subs and analyze the root cause of non-performance including improvement suggestions and drive performance
